Very beautiful home, great surroundings very peaceful, the host responded quick to any question we had. 10 out of 10 highly recommended.

Kim's place was exactly what we needed. Clean, plenty of room and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood with a nice walk to downtown. Kim communicated with clear friendly instructions...even mailed us something we forgot! Thank you for an easy comfortable stay!

We had a great time staying here for a family Thanksgiving gathering. We stayed there with a few other people from Oregon and hosted dinner with the local CDA family members coming over for dinner and family game night. The house is perfect for family gatherings. Beds are comfortable, kitchen is great and well equipped with everything you’ll need. Thanks for letting us use your beautiful house and if we need to have a gathering in CDA again we’ll definitely try to book this house again!

The cottage was perfect! I took my two kiddos on a long weekend trip and we could not have been happier. The location is ideal, as well as the house! It was clean, simple, and all of the amenities were amazing. My kiddos loved soaking in the hot tub after all of our walking and loved the snacks provided. The bed was so comfortable and all of the blankets were incredibly warm and soft. Usually in air BNBs I am freezing at night but these blankets were perfect. They really have thought of everything. The hosts were kind enough to put out carrots for us to be able to see the bunnies daily and my girls could not have been happier. We are huge bunny lovers so to see them so happy was nice (we caught some flat bunnies and binkies). We really could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you so much!

We had a great stay here. It is not often we find a place for 6 adults, 2 couples & 2 singles, that doesn't break the bank and has separate areas for each. Beds were clean and comfy. They had a clean pack n play and toys for the grandbaby. The house was very clean and stocked with the essentials. Had the weather been better, we would have thoroughly enjoyed the large backyard and 2 patio areas. The master bedroom has the cutest little private patio off of it. I was looking forward to a cup of coffee out there, but mother nature decided rain was her mood of the weekend. The hosts were VERY responsive to any questions. I would 10/10 recommend Elizabeth's home and will stay again if we find ourselves back in the area. GREAT STAY!

Taska's place was wonderful. Never had to deal with Taska but that's a good thing as we never had reason to contact her. The kitchen was fully equipped. She even had filtered water in the refrigerator. There was a real coffee pot (not a Keurig) so thank you Taska. The place was comfortable and quiet. The location is fantastic. Great mud room to hang up ski clothes and plenty of space for shoes and luggage. The couches and beds were comfortable. There were lots of condiments, spices and misc food prep supplies (non of which were expired). Taska - the place was perfect for our family and we look forward to coming back.

Great place to stay! The home is beautiful inside, and surrounded by beautiful open space. The master bedroom was comfortable. The master shower is very luxurious with its multiple jets. Lots of closet space if you need that. The kitchen is very well furnished - good knives, multiple cutting boards, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utinsels, lots of plates/bowls/glasses/mugs, and serving dishes. It's great to have your crew sitting at the kitchen island while prepping a meal. The fireplace adds a warm ambience and warmth. The floors are polished concrete with heating coils so bring your thick socks or slippers to soften up the walking. The bunk room has 2 bunk beds = 4 beds. The game room has a pull-out bed that was judged to be "very comfortable". The 2nd bathroom has a double sink area and then a separated toilet & shower room, so it can handle all the people. There are two cool cats that live in the garage. They will greet you and want pets if you're into that.

We had such a wonderful peaceful stay at this cute home! The neighborhood was nice and quiet, the beds were comfy. A lot of space to lounge. My family had a great time.

The condo was great for our family- three adults and two kids. Plenty of beds and space, and two very large bathrooms. We had a minor issue shortly after check in and the host was very quick to reply and help us resolve. It was a super short walk to the mountain for skiing. The kitchen was well stocked, there were lots of warm blankets and the bathrooms had tons of towels for showers and the hot tub/sauna/steam room. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

It only took a few steps inside to realize this stay would be something special. This space is not only beautiful but thoughtfully designed with a true sense of hygge—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly calming. As an aspiring chef who’s particular about the kitchen, I was especially impressed this kitchen. I’d seen previous reviews mentioning missing items, but I found the opposite to be true. Everything I needed was at my fingertips, from quality pans to sharp knives—clearly curated for guests who actually enjoy cooking. Mariela even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed. That level of care and communication made the entire experience seamless. The bed was incredibly comfortable—like sleeping on a cloud—and I woke up every morning to jaw-dropping views that felt like something out of a dream. It was the perfect place to reset, refocus, and feel inspired. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had.

We really enjoyed our stay at Scott & Danica's place. It felt very private, in a beautiful setting and only minutes from most anything we might have needed. Their Airbnb was immaculatly clean, decorated beautifully, and provided just the get-a-way we needed. We will hope their place is available next time we are in the area. We had a very comfortable stay. We really enjoyed meeting their dog before we checked out. Scott & Danica were very quick to respond when we had a question.

We went out adventuring every day so it was great to come back to such a comfortable place with a nice shower and laundry. Being able to walk to restaurants was great. We rented bikes from the shop downstairs and that was easy and so convenient.

Our stay was great! The condo is beautifully appointed and full of amenities, and the location is INCREDIBLE. The walk to downhill ski access looks longer than it is on Google - it's just a couple hundred steps, and shorter on the way back! And Shannon has left clear directions in the guidebook. Also ran into the very friendly and helpful building owner in the ski locker room (which is super convenient too). We didn't need to use the car at all during our stay, and it snowed the whole time, so who could ask for more - thank you!

Wonderful visit, accommodations comfortable

Very quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Home was exactly as listed. Loved the soft rugs and cleanliness of the home. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

We have stayed at Clint's place twice now and can highly recommend. It is cozy, has access to a garage space and is walkable to town while being only 25 minutes to the ski area. A go-to if you're visiting Sandpoint.

Absolutely loved our stay!! Perfect location for ski days at Lookout & Silver Mountain! Felt right at home! Enjoyed wandering the resort and the peaceful neighborhood! And the rooftop hot tubs in buildings A & B were a relaxing end to our days! Look forward to coming back again!!

We had such a blast!! The unit was so Much more than we expected. Our weather was very bipolar So it was such a treat To have an indoor an outdoor option to hang out. The cookware ....the furnishings and the bedding ....Down to the towels where all luxurious We enjoyed our daily interactions with the owners and can't wait to come back someday.

Beautiful Farm and scenery! Cassie was extremely flexible with our check in time. The house is very large and beautiful!
