Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Lake of the Ozarks

This lake home exceeded our expectations. It is spacious inside - ideal for families with kids due to all of the twin beds. Accessing one of the king bedrooms requires that you walk through the other king bedroom. Perfect for me and my sister in law but might have been awkward for 2 couples. Our 4 teenage boys spent all day fishing off the dock and swimming. The home has multiple decks and plenty of nice chaise lounge chairs. This home has a cozy cabin feel inside and it has been updated nicely. We enjoyed cooking in the fully stocked kitchen and later relaxing on the huge comfortable couch. The WiFi works well and the smart tv and remotes were easy to navigate. We had one small issue at checkin but they handled it immediately and solved the problem within 1 hour. As we were driving home, my sister-in-law realized she had left her ring in the house. The host contacted the cleaning crew who found it under the bed. We were incredibly grateful!

Very nice home to stay in. Everything was clean and there were clear instructions on how to use everything.

This is an incredible house if you have a big group. We had 15 adults and two babies, and we all fit perfectly with everyone getting a mostly private room and no one having to share bathrooms with more than one other couple. The layout is kind of funky, but it works and it's hard to find a place with as much space as this one has. The multiple common areas and the nice private dock with a fridge were clutch for our group, and there wasn't anything we needed that we didn't have. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. we did have an issue once with the keypad on the front door. We tried reaching out to the property manager, but never heard back from him. The owners on the other hand were extremely responsive and friendly and helped us resolve the issue quickly. the neighborhood was quiet with friendly neighbors. There are no sidewalks, so keep that in mind if you bring your pets and want to take them for a walk. We loved seeing the wildlife around the neighborhood too. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice house. The best parts I have to say were the screened in porch and boat dock.

My family and I were very happy with our stay and the house was perfect! We came to relax and enjoy the lake, fishing and swimming. The location of the house was perfect, we had more than enough area to swim and fish off the dock, there wasn’t much of any lake traffic. Definitely an enjoyable stay! The house was nice and clean upon arrival.

We were at Tan Tar A for a technical conference; the hotels are always packed. The Evolve AirBnB was a great location near the conference center and was "better than expected" and much nicer than any of the available hotels. Further, it accommodated 4 adults for 2 nights for right around $600 - unbeatable if you're booking individual hotel rooms. Look forward to staying with you all again soon!

Very easy to find and check in was a breeze. Love that it was on the level of the parking lot so didn’t have to go up stairs with suitcases. The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful! Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to make meals. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I got in easily. The view is gorgeous. We only used the king-size bed but I thought it was really comfortable. The condo was so roomy. The kitchen was COMPLETELY stocked. The patio was spacious and you ate do close to the water and the pool and hot tub. Felt completely comfortable and safe here.

We had a wonderful time over Labor Day weekend. The unit was clean and spacious. They even had some complimentary coffee supplies which was nice. We loved the open layout for our toddler to play, our teen loved having her own bathroom, and we loved going on walks in the complex! The pool was beautiful, so clean and right outside our unit. It has a zero entry fun area for small kids and a volleyball net for older kids. The complex was quiet also. We did not have to interact much with the owners because the information they provided was thorough and well thought out. We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely home, very private and great views. I was disappointed that we couldn’t use the fireplace as that was one of the reasons I chose this place. Maybe consider installing an electric unit? For summer I understand the fireplace is a non issue but for people coming in the fall to look at foliage it sure would be nice to curl up after a chilly day! Everything else was great!

This condominium was farther out than the rest of our family group vacationing for July 4th. Getting cell service was not that great - we relied on service for updates from family, boarding facilities and work. It was frustrating so others should be aware of that potential issue when reserving. Location was fairly quiet, private and felt secure. The steps leading to condo were not as daunting as we imagined. Everything was clean and well cared for. We didn’t use the kitchen but appeared sufficient for meal preparation and cleanup. To our surprise we had a phenomenal view of fireworks, directly across the lake. Overall, it was a great visit, relaxing and would reserve again.
