We were so happy to stay at this cottage! The house was cozy and welcoming, and both our child and our dog had an amazing time. It was the perfect place for a fun and relaxing family getaway. We would love to come back again!

Sooper awesome and amazing host Valeriya!! Valeria’s river house is an extraordinary getaway. She was really awesome and friendly, and was available for us when we arrived even during bad weather and patiently gave us a tour of the house, hot tub and everything available in the vicinity. Valeriya was quick to respond to all our queries and provided flexible check-in time. The place is really awesome with clear instructions. The hot tub was clean and had all amenities next to it. It’s an amazing experience during the night. We enjoyed it. All cooking utensils were neat and clean, we loved cooking and felt right at home. The house was really cozy and comfortable having a fireplace.If you are planning for a sunbath that’s even available with beach view, bring your beach blanket! the house has been in the family since 1934, however has been updated and additions built that adds to the charm. Super cool sauna lay out and the bedrooms were spacious and clean...we had a great stay and even managed a few cider tours in the surrounding area. so fun...

We had a lovely stay. The place was even nicer than we expected. This is the best air bnb we’ve ever had. It was really private and really clean, which was exactly what we were looking for. They provided so many little things which just added to the overall experience. Its the small things that go a long way. The place was really open concept and just really well furnished. Gave a fantastic vibe. The hot stub was clean, private and lovely. You wont be disappointed whatsoever here. Thank you for being a fantastic host Rebecca.

Sally’s place was the perfect landing spot for us. We were in town for a dance completion in Huntsville which consisted of busy days so coming back to Sally’s Place in the evenings was very peaceful and relaxing. Bedrooms were spacious and comfy and had everything we needed. Enjoyed a long hot bath in the soaker which was lovely. Would definitely recommend to anyone and stay again when back in Huntsville. Thank you Sally for a wonderful, relaxing stay.

Wonderful stay! Our host Dylan was very quick to respond and extremely accommodating. The home fit our large group comfortably. The home was spotless, beds were very comfortable and we appreciated all the little extras (lots of towels, warm blankets, coffees, teas, little treats) Hot tub was very relaxing and clean. Lots to do, we all enjoyed ourselves and we’re already planning our return stay!! 😊

We had a wonderful stay! Cottage was clean upon arrival with easy access. There were lots of activities to keep busy both indoor and outdoors. Lots of space to enjoy within the cottage as well. We especially enjoyed the hot tub during a cooler day!

Great location and good for families with kids! You can enjoy the pool and hot tub. For change of scenery head into town which has a lot of restaurants and boutiques, plus if you time it right; the butter tart festival is held there in summer. There's also Little Lake Park that's 10 minutes if you want to go the beach. And anyone who enjoys Pickleball, there's excellent courts at Tiifin Park.

Edward’s place is exactly as described in the listing. Clean, luxurious, and modern design. He responds in a timely professional manner and is accommodating. He checks up on you to make sure to follow the rules since it is a calm and peaceful neighbourhood. Great place to stay for our first ski trip to blue mountain.1

We had a wonderful stay. The house was fantastic and met all of our needs! The back yard was to die for! Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate fully and we couldn’t utilize it to it’s full potential but the hot tub was nice! We had a bit of trouble getting into the property but the neighbours were great and Vivian responded immediately when texted! Overall it was great and we were really able to enjoy the area!

The place was amazing. Easy to find, very well instructed (Very detailed house manual) and perfect for a large group. The house was clean, lots of things to do like board games, large TV, music system, Table Tennis and Foosball. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean as well. The outdoor part of the house was equally amazing! Beautiful hot tub, Sauna and fire place, Volleyball sand court, Trampoline and a sand dune!! This house was very close to the Tiny beach which was the best part. (3-5mins walkable). Big thanks for Calvin, the house owner, who was the very responsive at all times. Very cooperative and friendly. He also allowed us with late checkout without any hesitation considering we are a large group. I definitely recommend this place to those who are specially looking for a large group stay.

Our group had a great stay at Mina’s place! The home was exactly as pictured — clean, spacious, and really comfortable for a group. There was more than enough room for everyone to relax, and the setup made it easy for us to spend time together without feeling crowded. Mina was an amazing host — super easy to communicate with and thoughtful throughout our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and made us feel really welcome. We had such a smooth and comfortable experience staying here, and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend Mina’s place for groups looking for a comfortable and easy stay!

Beautiful, clean, spacious, well equipped, has comfy beds and is dog friendly. Make sure to bring coffee, salt and pepper, oil, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher pods, paper towel and a hair dryer. We enjoyed the ice rink and outdoor hot tub and some snow shoe paths on the property. It's only a 20 min drive to the Bracebridge forest management centre which has well groomed cross country and snow shoe trails, no charge. We enjoyed our stay.

Firstly, this home was the nicest vacation home my family and I have EVER stayed at. It was very spacious, luxurious finishes throughout , it fit my family of 7 very well. The rooms are all good sizes. There are 4 rooms with beds in them, an office on the main floor that we put a crib in for the baby and an additional room in the basement which could be used as a bedroom if you bring a blowup mattress. The backyard is huge, the playground set was a great treat for my kids, however the hot tub did not seem like it was operable. Mina our host was absolutely AMAZING! Her response time to any of our enquires was very prompt, she made sure we truly enjoyed our stay. We would have loved if the home had blackout curtains as the rooms get quite bright in the morning when the sun comes up, but it wasn't the end of the world. All in all, it was an AMAZING STAY! Definitely recommended!!

We had a wonderful two-night stay at this cozy cottage! The highlight was definitely the hot tub — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. The BBQ setup was great and made evening meals easy and enjoyable. The cottage was clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful nature views, making it a peaceful escape from the city. We especially loved sitting on the deck and taking in the quiet, scenic surroundings. Would definitely come back for another getaway!

We had a great stay at Lisa's place. Our family spent a lot of time on the water exploring the lake in the available canoe and kayaks and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub in the evenings. The outdoor space is setup perfectly for living outside on those sunny days and inside the cabin is cozy and has all the amenities you need if the weather isn't great.

The perfect getaway for a couple or small group of friends! Everything was very well updated and the hot tub and sauna was very relaxing. They provided a timely response when needed and were very easy to book with. Highly recommend!

A Perfect Getaway at a Beautiful Water View Cottage! Our group of girlfriends recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely Airbnb cottage in Norland, and I can't recommend it enough! The location was great, with great views of the water that made every moment feel special. The cottage itself was very nice, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were attentive. We were disappointed that we couldn't fully enjoy the wonderful deck due to the weather. However, the hot tub was a fantastic highlight of our stay, and we made the most of it! Overall, our stay was great, and look forward to returning. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful scenery, this is the place to be!

Very nice location. Cottage was extremely well stocked. Honey the dog was very friendly with the kids. Fought lake flies but didnt let them ruin our fun. Craig and Liz were very graceful and accommodating.

We had a boys' golf weekend and enjoyed Victor's place. It's right down the street from the golf course, a really good location. The place is nice and rustic, nothing fancy, just as described, which we really enjoyed. It's a relaxing cottage with a very laid-back atmosphere. We will book again in the future for a boys' weekend.

A beautiful place, with everything you need for a private romantic retreat, my girlfriend and I also enjoyed bringing our dogs along. I’d say if one thing could be changed I have a preference for a firmer bed.

We loved our mini getaway! We had everything we needed and more! Sleeping was a dream. Comfy bed (and cozy couch!) Chilled by the fire…. Wandered the road…. Peaceful vibes.
