Beautiful home in a great location. Our host was perfect. We didn't find ourselves needing anything for our short stay. Good water pressure and a nice hot shower. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Local pub just down the street and a nice bakery just around the corner. Not far from some other enjoyable towns and plenty of beaches. It was perfect for what the two of us needed for a couple of nights.

We stayed at this charming cottage for a weekend with our family of 11, ranging from 17 to 74 years old. It was the perfect place for all of us to come together and enjoy quality time in a peaceful setting. The booking process was quick and easy, and check-in was seamless. From the moment we arrived, we felt immediately welcomed by the host, who had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The cottage was incredibly neat and tidy. I personally loved that there were limited televisions, which meant we spent more time playing family games and bonding. The cottage was very well-stocked with all the essentials, and we never felt like we were missing anything. Situated in a peaceful and beautiful area, the cottage offered a relaxing atmosphere perfect for unwinding. Although it rained the entire weekend, it didn’t dampen the fun—there was still plenty to enjoy indoors, and the scenery was stunning, even from the comfort of the cottage.

I loved every second of my stay at this sacred little space. The bonfire pit, the hammock, the pergola were all so welcoming on this beautiful spring weekend. I spent time every day in the hot tub, which was amazingly clean and peaceful. Although the outdoors is shared, it's plenty spacious and I felt like I had 100% privacy all weekend long. The house itself is PERFECT. It's small but spacious. The bathroom is top notch. The tiny kitchenette was all I needed. I brought my mini airfryer and was completely happy. All of the special touches made the decor so interesting and unique. Got to spend some time in Goshen and in Elkhart to shop and eat. I left feeling absolutely recharged. This is going to be on my tiny house rotation for sure. Highly recommend. If I could give ten stars, I would.

We completely enjoyed our stay here! Angie was helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Perfect spot to be able to walk around town and still have some privacy. We were a little disappointed the grill wasn’t fixed up to use for the season, but overall we were satisfied with the place.

One of, if not the cleanest Airbnb we’ve been to. Everything was ready/easily accessible in the home, didn’t have to worry about missing/going out for anything. Area was really quiet and peaceful, however the bedrooms were close to/facing the road where the occasional car could be heard (1-2 cars per night). Overall had a great time staying here, would definitely recommend and possibly rebook in the future.

This was our third year staying at Chris’s cottage. The cottage was spotless as always, equipped with snacks, water, plenty of towels and amenities. The cottage is on Fish Lake, beautiful and peaceful but also fun to watch all of the water activities and wildlife. The weather was perfect. The mark of a fantastic place and location is never having to turn on the TV to pass the time. We will be back next year if it’s available! Thank you, Chris!

This place was great. The location is literally right on the beach. The beds were very comfortable- we had 5 adults and if we had a 6th the couch would have been perfect. Our family lives in North Muskegon and we spend about two weeks in the area a year here- so this was a good find for our family. We will be back- for sure! Thank you.

Our second visit! The lake and cottage are so quite and chill, it checked all our boxes for a great weekend. It's close to Hastings for us to do a bike race this weekend. The deck has been updated and a rockstar experience. The cottage is clean with plenty of amenities. It's truly an at home experience and Jason is fab on messages. We added an extra night on this visit since our plans changed. Next time we need to stay for a few weeks, that's for sure! Till next time...

My stay with kate was perfect. The space was clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The hot tub and yard were great additions to our stay. We absolutely loved staying at the cottage with our two pups! It was located directly in the middle of all of the things we wanted to do, it was within walking distance of good food, and just minutes of a drive from wineries, orchards, farmers markets, and the lake. It was very clean, extremely comfy and homey, as well as our lovely hosts thought of pretty much everything that you could possibly need to be comfortable! Including my saving grace, a box fan and a little fan that they provided in the closets. Those were a lifesaver! While there is no fenced in area for the dogs to play, there is a lovely large yard space for them to be walked and there are so many parks and hiking trails nearby that our dogs LOVED! Our hosts gave us amazing recommendations and were extremely responsive. We cannot wait to visit again.

Only stayed at this house for 2 nights but wish it could have been longer. We loved the house. it is very quaint, comfortable and in a great location! The location is close to bike trails that we enjoyed as well as downtown Grand Haven and Spring Lake. The perfect place for a Michigan Fall weekend getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay in the suite and lodge, the views were amazing. We caught lots of little fish off the dock, the kayaks were fun too. The ice cream shop across the road was a hit for the kids. This is a great option for those looking for a space for a family reunion.
