Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Michigan Beach

Mikael's place was amazing. Unlike most places listed around Hydde Park in Chicago, Mikael's place had from great reviews and they were totally right. The place is very well kept, spacious, practical, with very calm surroundings. I had great sleep and having breakfast while looking at the garden was a big plus for me too. I had no issues regarding privacy or noise which is something commonly brought up in listings in this sector, especially in old buildings. Mikael was also very responsive and kind. If I ever go back to Chicago I would definitely consider staying here again.

A great place to stay for a family to explore downtown Chicago. The location is convenient, with easy access to major attractions, and restaurants. The home was clean, cozy, and well-equipped — we truly felt like we were at our own home. The host was responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Craig was extremely nice and accommodating when it came to my birthday weekend. He responds quickly to all questions asked and makes sure we’re comfortable at all times. This home was clean, accurately described, and had the perfect “home feeling”. Overall, when visiting the area I will be booking here again !

We stayed at Karolinas apartment for 7 months and she was a wonderful host. She quickly addressed any problems. For example, we locked our keys in the apartment. I texted her and a new set of keys were promptly delivered. The apartment itself is super comfortable. Great furniture and appliances and we enjoyed the outdoor balcony. I would highly recommend renting from Karolina and this apartment specifically. We have no complaints and our stay was wonderful. Thank you Karolina!

The house was spotless and cozy. They were really great hosts. It was a staycation for me, so I would probably stay there again when I need a moment alone.

Great location for a ski weekend. House has a lot of upgrades and can tell taken care of. fenced in backyard was perfect for our fur friends to play around in and stretch. Will definitely be back.

Honestly, I'm not sure I want to write how good this space is, for fear that it won't be available for me lol. This will be a highly coveted place to getaway and unwind! Estella is clearly prepared to host the most relaxing stay for her guests. It is a simple, well planned build that has just what your soul needs. Peaceful and tranquil surroundings to enjoy with loved ones. The details in design, such as the beautiful natural light, tile wall in the bathroom that is carried into the kitchen, the robes for after an incredible shower or dip in the hot tub, games, and firepit...why even leave? Well, we didn't want to leave. However, The simple 24hrs spent I'm this curated space was enough to inspire another, longer booking. We had a great time at The Rudi! We especially loved the outdoor space. The whole house was warm and inviting. We had everything we needed. It was apparent that our comfort was their priority.

It was exactly as it was pictured except the front door is adjacent to a beauty salon and a bit hidden at first. The place was immaculate - very clean and the kitchen in particular was excellently appointed. It is on the third floor in an older building so there are stairs. The building was quiet. With gated and lit parking provided nearby our vehicle was safe.

Had a great time with friends and we were all able to comfortably hang out in communal spaces, get around the city. The bathroom to room ratio was ideal for a group of girls to get ready and the neighborhood made us feel safe walking around at all times of the day. Would recommend

Lauren’s condo is nestled in a quiet peaceful neighborhood. It is an ideal location for us just a 12 minute walk from our family’s condo. It is within walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and shopping. Lauren was very responsive to any questions. The condo is pleasing and tastefully decorated. Her condo was clean with a comfortable bed and bed linens. We love the neighborhood and look forward to our next visit.

Steve was an amazing host to work with. There ended up being a gas leak that affected the first night of our stay and Steve was very communicative and made the process easy to get situated. The condo itself is very spacious and clean, and in a beautiful area. We are already thinking about coming back!
