The cabin was the perfect place for my family to enjoy a long weekend getaway! We spent a day in St. Joseph and a day in South Haven, as this location is about 10-15 minutes from both. We enjoyed our evenings at the cabin, with plenty to do for our three young kids with the playset and sandbox. The yard games looked fun too. The cabin had super cute decor and was just as described, it was very clean and had everything we needed! I forgot to bring contact solution and toothpaste but thankfully it took less than 2 minutes to run down to Dollar General and grab them. It is close to a fairly busy road but the fans in the bedrooms do a great job of drowning out the noise and we had no issues, our kids slept great in the twin bedroom as well. The hosts provided very clear and easy check in and check out instructions and left helpful information on the table, also included a great list of recommendations that we appreciated. We would certainly love to stay here again as a family.

We loved staying at the Lemonade Cottage! It felt like home, and everything was clean and comfortable. We wish the weather had been a little better (rainy and cold) to utilize the backyard and hot tub which looked amazing. Some things that stood out to us that we loved: we were able to adjust the thermostat to our liking easily and without having to contact the host, the bed and linens were super comfortable. Plenty of blankets to ensure comfort. The bathroom was really clean and had ample toilet paper and other amenities that some hosts don’t include (air freshener, body wash and shampoo, soap, plenty of towels). And the place was really clean! 10/10 would stay again and will recommend. Thanks for a great weekend!

Jessica is an amazing host. There were so many extras. We loved the kayaks and canoe that they were kind enough to let us use. Spent most of our day in the water. Very clear water. Kid friendly. A zillion stars at night and coffee with the pretty Sunrise. We were ages 3 to 64 and all had a blast. We never wanted to leave. Fast response to questions. Easy check in. Easy to find. Clean. Had everything you need to cook. Many fun places near to explore. We even fished for Salmon. We highly recommend and would love to come back. You will not be sorry if you stay. Thank you Thank you

I asked my 9, 8 & 5 year old about the best part of our stay, and they all agreed that the hot tub, fire pit for s’mores and the board games were the best part. I enjoyed having a quiet space to get homework done with a view of the water. This was the perfect get away for a family of 5! We enjoyed staying inside, cooking meals & enjoying the house itself. It is beautiful inside and out, exactly like the photos and had everything we needed for our stay. We can’t wait to come back during the summer time to go out on the lake!

We had the best time staying at Renee and Claudia’s, there was an insane snow store and it was difficult to get in the night we arrived. Literally within the hour they had the drive to the cabin plowed and the cabin driveway plowed. It was a peaceful and wonderful week. Will definitely be back next year!! Thank you!!

We (and our dogs) had an amazing time at Nathan's beautiful home. The setting is ideal—the house is right on the water, the amenities are fantastic, and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. The house has everything you would want. There is a sweet deck and outdoor area along with a dock and your own private beach—the next house in either direction is almost a half-a-mile away. The perimeter around the house is essentially fully-fenced, which allowed us to swim, paddle board, and hang outside with the pups without worries. Nathan is a great host: He checked in throughout our stay to make sure everything was going well. He provided clear instructions about the house and its features, as well as great local recommendations. We really can't say enough great things about our stay. It was by far the most peaceful and relaxing trip we've had and look forward to coming back soon!

Julie's place was perfect for a fall break getaway with my husband. The cottage was well furnished, super clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized from the photos just how close the lake is to the house! We spent a lot of time sitting out on the back porch enjoying the amazing view of the lake. We also appreciated the proximity to Ann Arbor for restaurants and all of the wonderful parks in the area for biking and walking. We'd definitely go back!

While there are plenty of houses in the area, it was soooo quiet! The hot tub was perfect when we got there, and easy to use. They were super responsive and friendly, and very welcoming! My boyfriend and I had a wonderful quick getaway, and would definitely recommend staying here.
