Monthly Rentals in Lake Magdalene

House was exactly as advertised and communication was amazing. Anything we needed or had a question about was quickly taken care of on there end. We would definitely recommend staying at one of their properties to friends and family.

My wife and I were visiting Tampa to show her watercolor paintings at the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts. Her business name is M. Pallas Studio. We saw how beautiful, secluded, and peaceful the photos looked. We love animals and nature so we knew this would be a great fit for us. I drive a truck with a 6x12 trailer so I also need to find a space that is off the beaten path with enough space to park my vehicle. Mireya and Del's property lived up to our expectations and then some! Mireya and Del welcomed us and showed us around during the check in. With us having a busy weekend, our only wish was that we had more time to spend on the property! Del showed us around and proudly told us about the plants and animals he has nurtured over the years. Our time at the farm was a highlight of the trip! We could not have asked for a better weekend! We plan to book our stay in Florida next year here on the farmette with Mireya and Del when we return to Tampa! Thank you so much!

Had a fantastic stay at Colin’s place in North Tampa. Loved being on the water; store paddle boards on back patio, short walk to water and quick paddle to the beautiful lake! Nice and safe area to walk and the pool is a great amenity. I worked remotely and had fast internet. Close to restaurants, beaches and activities. Ybor City is a short drive, check out free Trolley to downtown and/or ride scooters! Easy communication with Colin and quick to respond, would stay at his place again if in Tampa area.

Luke’s place was outstanding. My only complaint? It was so comfortable, I just wanted to relax all day. It truly felt like home. Luke was responsive and helpful throughout, and the consistent 5-star reviews are well deserved.
