this place was exactly what we were looking for for our little family weekend away in Tampa. everything was exactly as pictured and clean. the bed was very comfortable which is a bonus. the neighborhood was safe and quiet.

Will and Grasen’s place was perfect for our week long stay. Close to attractions, parks, restaurants etc. Extremely comfortably bed, nice bathroom. Nice living room area for relaxing. The kitchen area is cozy with a mini fridge, this was fine for my husband and I as we had planned on eating out a lot and didn’t need a ton of fridge space. We loved that they had extra toilet trees in case we forgot something. And we also liked that they had extra beach towels! Overall it was a really nice stay and we would book here again.

This was an ideal vacation I was looking for. From the location, to the clean interior of the room, the privacy, the peacefulness and quiet. It was 10/10. I enjoyed my time and hope to get them again.

Bob and Liz have created the ideal space for the traveling doc! I work the night shift and the unit is very quiet and conducive to sleeping during the day. They were so concerned about providing a quiet space that their regular guests offered to book their stay at another time! I will certainly look to stay anytime I’m in Tampa.

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

100% recommend. Exactly as pictured and a great deal for the area. Only notes- the shower is very small. I was fine, but if you are more plus sized, it might be a concern. The weekend was great, but the train was real loud at 6am on Monday morning. Not sure if that’s a scheduled train or we just got lucky over the weekend. Overall it was a great stay. Super close to the soccer fields we were in town for!

Great and recently renovated place. I felt really comfy. A big plus is that it has modern air conditioners, which are quiet!

Yoels place was very cute. I loved staying here and the shower was incredible!

Had just what I needed for a short stay. Comfortable bed, coffee pot, large bathroom with very nice shower. Quiet street, walkable neighborhood. Adel was very responsive and helpful.

Peter's home was perfect for the 2 of us and our pet. Very clean, a peaceful, quiet neighborhood in a nice area. Close to downtown and the West Shore area. Peter had good coffees awaiting us, and good amenities for the stay. the bed was very comfortable. A great place to stay in Tampa.

The space was quiet and welcoming. The room was clean and filled with everything I needed fit my stay. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. Will stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She went above and beyond by sharing great local spots and tips about the city, which really made a difference in our experience. The place itself was spacious and perfect for the two of us. The bathroom was modern, clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The amenities throughout were thoughtful and high-quality, and the location couldn’t have been better. Close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. Would 100% stay here again!

This place was perfect! It was very clean and smelled lovely inside. Bed was super comfy. AC was on when we got there so it was nice and cool inside. Location was great as it was very close to everything. Less than 15 minutes to Clearwater beach. Would absolutey stay here again.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

Amazing space I'll most definitely book again very spacious

Me and my friend loved staying here!! It was super clean and put together!! It was close to lots of fun places, including the MidFlorida Ampitheatre, which made it super easy to get back to the bnb after our concert. Thank you for having us! :)

The space was very clean, private and had everything we needed. The location was a short drive from the beach, close to stores yet in a peaceful neighborhood. Hosts were awesome, helpful and very accommodating. Overall a fabulous stay!

Great place to stay!!!

The very private two (2) bedroom guest suite with one bath & TVs in each room was exactly as shown. Very clean, attractive and comfortable. Similar to interior hotel rooms with no living room but had a hallway, mini kitchen, coffee island and car parking in the garage. Mini fridge located in one bedroom with full size fridge and washer & dryer in garage. Overall, a very good fit for our needs with short 1 mile drive to get on 275 to our visiting destinations. Would rent again.

Gloria’s private suite was everything this busy mama needed for a relaxing beach getaway with my kids. She has everything you need to have a great day at the beach including coolers, beach wagon, toys, sunscreen, towels, blankets and more. We loved coming back to the private saltwater pool for a swim after a long day of exploring. The suite felt like a home away from home and Gloria was so accommodating to not only us but my dog who she had filtered water, treats and toys waiting for him when we arrived and also let him hang out with her and her dog while we were at the beach! The location is close to many beautiful parks and beaches. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sunset Beach close by. Would definitely book here again!

Clean place literally everything you need for a stay is there already. Bedroom ac lacking in power but the dinning room one makes up for it.
