Good value for small but efficient place to stay in Haines City. Comfortable bed and kitchen had what we needed for cooking our dinner. Very clean and a quiet neighborhood.

Karyn's place was precisely what we were looking for; a small private, convenient spot. It is immaculately clean. And Karyn was very responsive to any questions we had. There are several restaurants within walking distance. The pool is beautiful and remains a private spot for renters even though it is attached to Karyn's home. We highly recommend renting from Karyn and we will definitely rent this space again if we are in the area!
