Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the swimming pool—clean, well-maintained, and a perfect spot to relax after a long day. The location was great—peaceful but still close to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Check-in was smooth and the host was responsive, helpful, and made sure everything went perfectly. Highly recommend this Airbnb, especially if you’re looking for a place with a great pool and a relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely stay here again!

This was my family's second time coming here! We felt right at home coming in. Such a great place for lots of people. Beds are very comfortable as well as the couches! Pool is fantastic and the pool bathroom is the perfect touch to not get water all over the house! Thomas is such a great responsive host and very easy to communicate with! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. If we need to go back for another family event this will be our first choice!

David's property is exactly as shown in the images. It is a beautiful, well equipped home with a fantastic pool and hot tub. While we did not meet David in person, he went out of his way to be able to provide one of the guests with a reading lamp for her room which we very much appreciated. Great stay overall.

Happy to stay here again and bring the kiddos this time! We spent most of the time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings, pool and hot tub. Great location- plenty of restaurant options and nearby grocery. No complaints and hope to stay again!

Jade’s home was perfect for our mini vacation! The location is spectacular, right in the middle of everything!! It’s clean, beautiful and cozy. The pool was the cherry on top! Don’t pause on this little jewel!!

Perfect location for our annual trout fishing trip.

Everything was great, we enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed. Nicely decorated and accommodated for a larger group but still provides an intimate space. Isabella communicated very well and made the process very easy.

What a delightful place to stay. Plenty of room for the seven of us. It was great having the choice of playing ping pong, billiards, and such. Hiking was close by, and we were able to see multiple falls. So beautiful and peaceful.

This property is a gem! Property is immaculate, tastefully designed and looks brand new. Everything was exactly as described and the setting on the lake was peaceful and beautiful. We had adults and teens and there was something for everyone. The game room was a big hit for the kids on our rainy weekend, on our next stay we will spend time making smores at the fire pit and kayaking, weather permitting. The host does request no shoes inside but provides an assortment of slippers for guests to use. There is an office as well so it would be a great place to work virtually. The hosts were friendly and responsive to our requests and needs. Overall, this was a perfect stay for our multifamily, mixed age group and we would gladly stay again. I cannot say enough great things about this property. We arrived to the most beautiful house in a location that was utterly perfect! This home has absolutely everything you would need, essentially just show up with food and clothes! The beds were all VERY comfortable, soft linens, plenty of pillows and well put together. The living areas were cozy & comfortable. Games, items to enjoy the lake, outdoor areas, fire-it for s'mores were all a bonus. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every thing you would need. The countertop icemaker was my daughters favorite feature! Our kids enjoyed the kayaks, paddleboards and floats. We enjoyed a glass of wine while watching them! Easy communication & great host. You could not ask for a better house! Thank you for the best stay! We will definitely be back!

We traveled to Lake Lanier Islands for a conference at the resort. Jays place was so close to the resort! The house is beautiful and has everything you need. The downstairs is like an apartment in itself. The Main living floor has a huge beautiful kitchen and the upstairs has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths(one being the master). We enjoyed playing pool and hanging out on the back deck.

Devin’s place is absolutely stunning! She left snacks for us humans and our pups, the decor was beautiful, and her place was clean. We felt right at home away from home and would recommend her place to anyone traveling to Gainesville.

Great spot. House was clean, and the hosts were very easy to contact. House is pn the North end of the lake which is much more calm than the southern portion. Also very close to a Marina.

Beautiful place and view! Very family friendly!

House was stunning and very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility. There was plenty of space for our adult family. We had dinner in the screened in porch every night and played games around the kitchen table. The lake water was really clean and had movement in it. The dock has lots of shade on the bottom and full sun on top. I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend!!!

We loved this A frame on the Lake! Loved the vintage touches and decor, it was very fitting for a lake house. The spiral staircase was neat but it's pretty steep. The only negative I have about the house is the deck. Deck was dirty and needed a good cleaning, deck furniture was nasty. Couldn't sit out there but it had rained at night anyway. The inside was great! Comfy beds, plenty of places to sit and relax. Great kitchen with retro fridge and stove. Quiet spot on the lake to fish and kayak. 2 Kayaks were provided but one was quite dirty and the rack holding it up appeared to be falling apart so be careful about that. I did inform Kevin about the deck outside and that the cushions needed replacing. Overall very clean and enjoyable and close to everything you'd need in town!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! It was perfect for our family—spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The view of the lake was so serene, and we loved spending time outside soaking it all in. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made cooking meals a breeze. It truly felt like a home away from home. The peaceful setting and thoughtful touches throughout the house made our trip extra special. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway, and we’d love to stay here again!

Great spot for Memorial Day Weekend! The porch was the perfect place to hangout and relax.

Loved the house, especially the porch! We brought our boat over and it was very easy to dock the boat. Beds were comfy and house is very relaxing and spacious. The walk to and from the dock was a challenge for my mom, who is 74, but she made it. Would definitely return to this house!

Had an absolutely amazing time staying here. It was beyond our expectations. The house itself is incredibly modern. You feel like you’re living inside a magazine photo. Every day we were sitting inside, we could see the farm animals grazing. In addition, the location is perfect because you are just a few minutes away from the main Ellijay city center with tons of restaurants and cute shops to explore. However, whenever you come back to the Air bnb, you feel like you’re in a rural oasis. All of this doesn’t even mention how amazing it was to be able to interact with Ted himself and his farm animals. He allowed us the opportunity to feed them, tour the farm, try some of their produce, and generally get an idea of what it’s like to take care of a farm like their’s. They also have multiple other properties on site in case you have a large group of people. Ted himself was everything you could want from an Air bnb host: friendly, positive, helpful, and responsive. Can’t wait to be back soon!

Beautiful place for a weekend gateway close to Lake Lanier! Our family had a great time and will definitely look to return in the future. The game room, hot tub, and fire pit were great amenities. We also loved the peace and quiet in the backyard!

My family enjoyed a small reunion at the house. There was 10 of us. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own private space but cozy, comfortable gathering spaces when everyone came together. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow and we had a smooth process throughout our stay. My family loved the main house as well as the guest house. The home was just as beautiful as the pictures and very clean. We loved the separate coffee/tea area. The kitchen had all the amenities for me to cook my family multiple meals while we were there. Kevin was very responsive and helpful when I had questions. Overall, we loved the space and will be staying here in the future.
