Monthly Rentals in Lake in the Hills

This is the fourth place we have stayed in the area over the past year, and it is by far the best in every way. Not only is Joanna’s place exceptionally clean, tastefully decorated, and wonderfully located, it is the one place that had actually felt like home. It’s the extra details that make this house so wonderful. The kitchen is stocked with every kitchen utensil you could possibly need (and they aren’t odds and ends. They are all great quality.) Our favorite part was how family friendly the house is. There were two baby gates available to keep our children safe from the stairs. The furniture didn’t contain many sharp corners. The bedrooms had plenty of space for the baby beds. And the basement was stocked full of toys and books to keep our kids occupied. We could go on and on with how wonderful the house is and how wonderful Joanna is. Can’t wait to stay again!

I stayed here for a couple of months for work and had a great experience. The place was equipped with all the necessary kitchen essentials, extra towels, and more. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet, and welcoming. Overall, I had a great experience.

This was a beautiful home! Everything was super clean and felt like home. The kitchen is fully stocked and they have clean linens and blankets in case you need them. They were so kind and even included a champagne bottle as a gift! Great place to stay, highly recommend! Vladyslav was extremely helpful, responsive, accommodating and kind.

Great location with nice water views and a little town area for eats and drinks nearby. Area feels safe. We walked around to the other side of the water from the house. The layout was a little awkward at first, going through one bedroom to get to the bathroom and other bedroom. Farther bedroom can exit directly into main entry of building. Once we got our head around it, it worked out just fine. The beds and bedding are comfortable with a nice sitting area with a view. Kitchen is well appointed. Hosts are fantastic!
