Kristen, thank you so much for an amazing getaway! The treehouse was just perfect! Attention to detail was on point, y’all did not miss a thing! I will definitely be recommending this very special/private getaway to friends and family. I have traveled all 50 states, Canada, Germany, Dominican Republic, Czechoslovakia, and other areas. Leslie & Chris have made the perfect cutest little cottage. We came up on a mini vacation and it was just what we needed. We loved everything about the cottage; it was clean and comfy. They had everything needed for our stay and even provided eggs for breakfast. I loved the decor, and the little details spread throughout the cottage. The hot tub and porch swing were just what was needed after long days on the road or exploring the surrounding area. Thank you for sharing your beautiful cottage with us. We hope to visit in the future.

Probably the best stay on AirBNB. House was amazingly stocked which was so helpful for a family of 6! Comfortable beds, beautiful scenery, friendly and kind host! Will for sure be back to visit and stay here again. There is nothing David hasn’t thought of and it sure makes the stay an 11 out of 10! Thank you!

Quiet place to stay for a quick research trip to Presbyterian College. After traveling for several days I appreciated the full size fridge and freezer for my cooler items. Lots of little touches like K-cups and a variety of small kitchen appliances. There are three bed options--was nice to have the choice of a firmer bed. Quiet neighborhood (no highway noise). Such a pleasant change from a chain hotel. Highly recommend.

I just fell in love with this lovely cottage, and lotts of deers 🦌 😍, i was able to thank God for all that hes blessed us with thru good and bad,having a peaceful gathering were we came together and fellowship. Our stay at Renee's Place was delightful! Our group consisted of 3 couples, who are Presbyterian College alumni, and we found that the location was ideal for the short trip to the college. Also, being close to downtown Greenwood, it was an easy commute for shopping on Main Street and the restaurants. The lake is beautiful and the deck is a welcoming spot to watch the sunrise in the morning. We look forward to visiting again.

There are rare moments when human creativity, care, and brilliance converge so seamlessly that words feel inadequate — this stay was one of those moments. From the first turn onto the gravel drive, flanked by endless green pastures and grazing cattle, every detail felt like stepping into a living work of art. The etched stone signage, the winding wooded path, and finally, the majestic Caboose—restored and repurposed with stunning craftsmanship—captured our imagination instantly. Traditional lantern lighting accented its charm, standing proudly against the landscape. Inside, the thoughtful design overwhelmed us: a beautiful scent, a lofted retreat, exquisite bathroom, outdoor and indoor showers, digital art feature, and luxurious king-sized bed. Every label, every touch from the homemade bread to the curated local guide spoke volumes of the heart behind this place. Though 40 minutes from our family, it was beyond worth it. A stay here is not just lodging—it’s an Unforgettable memory!

This home was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—and more. The kitchen was extremely well-stocked and organized, with every tool we could possibly need. It’s clear the hosts have thoughtfully prepared the space with their guests in mind. The house was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of seven. We especially loved relaxing on the screened porch with its peaceful lake view. Our kids really enjoyed the game room in the garage and the selection of board games. The guest bed was a bit firm, but adding a thick mattress topper made it comfortable. One thing to note: the listing photos and description showed a covered dock, but the original dock was damaged in a storm. The new dock is uncovered and in shallow water, which may not be ideal if you’re planning to bring a boat.

Had a great time, super easy check-in, and the house had everything we needed. Big fluffy towels, same as I use at home, and the washer and dryer - with detergent provided! - made it easy to prevent taking home a suitcase full of dirty clothes. Super quiet and peaceful setting.

Enjoyed a long weekend with the family at Cathy's lake home. The home was spotless with comfortable furnishings and a stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the peacefulness of the lake every morning from the comfort of the swivel rocker recliners. Great place to just relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. Greenwood is about a 30 minute drive and has some good restaurants to try out. A marina is close by as well if you want to rent a boat and explore Lake Greenwood. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place on the lake.

Thank you for letting us stay at your place. We had everything that we needed and felt like we were at our own home. Carlton has everything in order to fix your own meals and there are many great places nearby to eat as well, we had Olive Branch (Greek) one evening and it was delicious. There could not have been a more perfect place for my daughter and her bridal party to stay. It’s also where we held the bridesmaids luncheon, took bridal photos, and had the perfect set up for hair and makeup on the day of the wedding. With two wedding venues nearby, I would highly recommend Sharon’s home for a wedding party. The home is beautiful and we had plenty of space!

Jennifer and Walter's house was exactly what our group needed. Everyone had their own bedroom, and all the amenities were exactly as described. The house was well furnished and had several down-home touches that was much appreciated. The house is nestled in a tranquil setting but still had a few neighbors' houses to make one feel safe. Jennifer and Walter responded immediately when we locked ourselves out of the house. If you are looking for a place to stay in the area, this is the house to reserve.

We (a group of retired women who on a road trip to see the fabulous Ukelele Orchestra of Great Britain perform at the equally fabulous 19th century opera house) loved our stay at the Inspiration House. Every thing about the property was exactly as described. Our host was extremely proactive and bent over backwards to make our short stay the success it was. We loved it and would not hesitate to stay again.
