Host Jamie was GREAT! Place was decent. Comfortable but needs updates. Furniture was old and looked a little dirty to my liking. Wished it had blackout curtains to sleep in! Wish it had an elevator just so it was easier to move around with wagon full of beach stuff. But otherwise very happy with our stay!

I've been waiting to do a review for Syd and Leslie's place. This place is wonderful and the hosts were/are very responsive and showed they cared for their home and the renters. They approved us to stay longer on check-out day because of a late flight and was very accommodating. Leslie texted me while we were on our way to the airport to thank us for taking such great care of everything and to have a safe trip. Shows me she really cares about people. We stayed there with 4 adults and 4 grandkids. The pool and pool area are great. The pictures do not do it justice. There were a BBQ/ games/pool toys/beach toys, etc. for our use. The house is in a beautiful location right on the canal and it is fully equipped for all your needs for the stay. Even during out stay I reached out to Leslie and she responded immediately. I cannot say enough good things about our stay other than we're planning to stay again next year and maybe for two weeks this time. Thank you, Syd and Leslie!!

This was a very nice, well designed and put together place to stay. It has a nice view of the waves on the beach and of the pool. It is very clean and well designed and organized. It was well stocked with everything we might have needed. It is a short walk to a restaurant with a bar. The beach is only a few steps away over the dune. The pool is a salt water pool, which was a pleasant and unexpected surprise! I would definitely stay here again!

A slice of heaven for the week. We would definitely return to Inga's beautiful beach house. We already recommended it to our family and friends! The location is great. Quiet community and within minutes to beach, and about 10 mins. to the Publix grocery store. The St. Augustine historic center is about 20 minutes away. Inga is quick to respond and adequately communicated. The home is spotless and well appointed with all you need for a comfortable and memorable reprieve. Thank you!

We stayed at this home for a month and Karla was a wonderful host! She was so helpful in assisting us in baby proofing the pool area which made our stay so much better and comfortable. The house is lovely and the outdoor space is just unbelievable. We loved the privacy of the property and the beautiful sunsets. There’s a deli nearby that is walkable, but you have to drive a little to get to other main stores. No big deal at all and was a welcome activity for my toddler. We would stay here again and would highly recommend this to anyone else!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an incredible stay across the four cottages we rented for the week of our wedding. The location is absolutely perfect — just minutes from St. Augustine, which made it easy for everyone to enjoy the historic charm and local attractions. The cottages themselves were fantastic: clean, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. We especially loved the shared amenities — the pool was a huge hit, and the BBQ area made it easy for us to gather and relax together. Being so close to each other was ideal for our group and made the whole week feel like one big celebration. The hosts were wonderful to work with — check-in was smooth, and they were always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we had. Amazing place! it was my family’s and i first time using airbnb and we picked the best spot! it’s peaceful, it’s close to major tourists places and Anna, the host was amazing! she answers questions quickly, very helpful and kind. Meghan's place was perfect; the location was amazing, easy access to the beach, a nice clean condo, super-easy check-in and -out...there's literally nothing bad I can say about my experience staying here. The soap, shampoo and conditioner in the showers was a nice touch, and there were PLENTY of linens and towels for my family of five. We came for a short, three- day staycation, and my only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer. Meghan was very communicative and helpful. Five stars all around, and we'll definitely be back!

It is a lovely small apartment with all amenities you need, great parking. It suited us completely. We were in Daytona for a concert. It was easy to get to the venue. A walk on the beach was great as well. Fabulous view to watch the world go by.

Wonderful experience at Susan’s space! Susan was kind and accommodating to unexpected travel bumps we had. Location of condo was perfect for the kids to access the pool & the beach! It was also so easy to not have to worry about packing beach towels or other beach accessories. Everything was right there! Condo was far enough away from the heavy tourist areas down the road to get some quiet after time spent with the crowds. Clean! Safe area! And relaxing! Would use the space again & again!

This was our 2nd stay and it was, again, clean and spacious and perfectly located for our time with family. It is convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and our kids loved the pool. We enjoyed sunrises over the lake from the swings by the camp store and also played horse shoes one afternoon. The beds are comfortable, the shower has great water pressure, and the kitchen is serviceable. We also used the gas grill and Florida room.

Neighborhood was quiet & close to all the places you’re gonna want to see! Prettiest and cleanest beach (Vilano Beach) so close by too. My family and I were so happy here. Many nice memories made. Definitely well worth the price very attentive on making sure me and my family were comfortable and if we needed anything cabin had everything we needed to cook plenty of dishes, utensils, pots and pans and most important a coffee maker...lol Sherman was very helpful on helping on a place to dock our boat while we stayed very quiet at night left everything on my boat nothing was touched boat slip is owned by another business across from our cabin they also was very accommodating to our needs for our boat have everything you'll need daily ice, beer and bait there is a light and power at boat slip which i needed for trolling motor batteries over all very awesome memorial day vacation and Definitely be back to stay again in one of Sherman's places and definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for clean ,safe , and cozy little cabin....Thanks Sherman for everything!

We stayed at Paola's place for a company retreat. We were able to book both houses and they very comfortably accommodated our group of 14, with room to spare. The houses were very comfortable. The property is amazing, with direct beach access and plenty of room. Paola was a great host. Very responsive and very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Brian’s place was great! It was spacious for all of us, very well equipped and comfortable. We enjoyed the huge couch watching movies in the evenings. Very large kitchen and lots of room to spread out. Pool was a bit chilly (should have requested to heat it), but hot tub was amazing! We enjoyed everything the house and area had to offer!

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

Clay was the nicest Airbnb host our family has ever had. He was super friendly and made great local restaurant suggestions for us. The rental was clean, had plenty of extra linens/towels, kitchen supplies and was a short walk to beach access. The neighborhood was very nice and we felt very safe to take family walks in the evenings.

This was the perfect spot for our family vacation! The short walk to the beach and heated pool kept us all entertained. The high chair, pack n play, children’s books, baby gate, pool and beach toys really made the home standout as a family with young kids. We were able to grill out and enjoy all of our meals outside on the beautiful wrap around porch. The downstairs game room and bar helped keep the fun going when the afternoon rainstorms forced us inside. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working for the first day we were there, but the host worked diligently to get it serviced. We were able to enjoy it for the rest of our stay. We are already making plans to visit again soon!

Christopher was such an amazing host! The home is even more beautiful than the pictures and truly GORGEOUS! A very short walk to the beach and the pool area was private and serene. The bed was sooooo comfy and everything was immaculate! Truly a gorgeous home, if you ever decide to sell, let me know Christopher LOL 10/10 recommend
