The house has stairs including a tight, narrow spiral staircase to the basement. It has an open-floor plan upstairs with a king bed & a full bathroom. There are bunks beds in the basement along with only one TV. This home is ideal for people looking to unplug & unwind. It also has a wrap around deck with a BBQ & parking for a truck & trailer onsite.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis nestled among giant spruce as the sound of rushing Cebolla Creek echoes through the trees. Trout abound in the creek which is only 200' from the cabin. Rancho Cebolla has about 980' of private water and is next to about a mile of public water at Mason Family SWA. Come enjoy the cool summer, watch the leaves change in fall, watch local wildlife, fish the Cebolla & local lakes, ride UTV trails on public land, or hunt big game in GMU 66 or 67.

Bedroom 1 has an attached bath with tiled walk in shower. Kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Huge 12' x 36' second story deck with amazing views. Enjoy easy access to the heart of Lake City from this centrally located place, located within the historic downtown shopping and dining area. Be sure to visit the Hinsdale County Museum next door to get a glimpse of Lake City's history, including a restored caboose. This two bedroom two bath home provides a comfortable place to rest after a fun day in the mountains. The rental is located behind the office of the Lake Fork Valley Conservancy, an environmental non-profit organization.

Smaller room with private bathroom and entrance from the outside. There is a queen bottom/ long twin top bunk bed. You also have access to an attached laundry room. There is also a small covered porch. There’s a pavilion in the yard with bbq grills and nicely landscaped areas throughout. It’s across the street from the visitor center, post office , and movie theater. You can ride atvs to and from the property to access the alpine loop. Plenty of parking for trailers.

Creede Meadow Cabin

This cabin located 10 min west of Creede has amazing views of the Weminuche wilderness and is walking distance to world class fly fishing on the Rio Grande river. This cabin gives you easy access to outdoor activities and Creede, including the Reparatory Theater. This is the perfect base camp for your next adventure. Wake up to elk grazing in the meadow, explore during the day, and relax at night in this custom built cabin with unique features from the local area.

Iron Kettle Cabin w/ all modern amenities!

Our cabin was originally built in the early 1930s. Over the past two years, we've completely restored the space with modern amenities, including all tile bathrooms, a walk-in shower, fully remodeled kitchen, washer & dryer, etc... The back yard cozies up to Lake City Town Park and is great for evening barbecues on the large deck (we have a brand-new Weber grill, too!). The cabin is perfect for 2 couples or young families. Gowdy Suite 1 Open All Year Gowdy Properties

The Gowdy Suite 1 is located on the ground level with private entrance and screened porch. The bedroom consists of a king size bed and 32 inch TV, the kitchen has all standard necessities and then some, the living area has a couch a chair recliner and a 42 inch TV. The bathroom has a shower and blow dryer and extra towels. OHVs are only allowed to travel on Hwy 149 from June 13th until September 30th
