I'm so grateful to Connie and Rich for sharing their space and making it such a comfortable home away from home. Apart from the fact that there's a full kitchen, comfy couches to lounge in, and the views opening out to open fields and sky, Connie and Rich are so welcoming. Connie checked in with us to see if there was anything we needed, she would always get back to my messages quickly, and prepared the wood for a bonfire for us in the evening. I'm usually lucky to stay with amenable hosts but Connie and Rich are truly welcoming, which is on a different level! Plus, we were lucky to taste, BOTH, Connie's home baked raspberry turnovers and chocolate chip cookies! Hurry and book!

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

Beautiful and very comfortable loft apartment near a number of restaurants (go to The Creamery for brunch; Heights Pub for burgers or fish fry and drinks) and a wonderful walking path along the river. Note that 3 bedrooms are fully enclosed (doors/ceilings), 4th is in the loft area and completely open - but also very comfortable. Clean and comfortable linens, plush towels, comfy blankets, and a great seating area in the main space. Host was super responsive; the residents we saw during our stay were friendly. Would definitely come back. One note: It’s a bit of a walk from the front door to the apartment, including a long flight of stairs, so if you have a bunch of bags and a friend with a broken toe, maybe take the elevator… really clear directions were provided. :)

Jennifer was a phenomenal host and made us feel right at home. The property is the perfect location to basically do anything you want in and around Green Bay. We spent thanksgiving here and it was just perfect. Gorgeous home with lots of space, beautifully decorated too! We would absolutely go back!

Marcia is a great host! The special details and considerations are what made the stay special such at the Christmas decorations and wrapping station. We definitely got more than we bargained for. Marcia’s place feels like home and has everything you need. Just want to give a special thanks to Marcia and her family for making our Christmas special. We look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Mai & Jack are so sweet and very responsive! We loved how quiet and safe the neighborhood was. Their place was beautiful and very clean. Very roomy and had everything we needed. Lots of storage and closet space for your belongings. We loved the big living room tv, pool table, karaoke and ping pong table. They provided many eating and cooking utensils. Even a rice cooker! Gas station was close by, within 5mins and grocery store and restaurants were within 10mins or so. There was a little pub by the gas station as well, if you don't want to go too far. Loved the night light in the king bedroom. Thanks for a great stay! We would definitely be back!!!

It's exactly as advertised. The location is perfect on a quiet street with friendly neighbors. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house had everything I needed.

Very responsive and proactive host. Home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. It was clear that the host thought of all the little things - condiments in the fridge, tea and coffee in the kitchen, soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels/hair dryer in the bathroom, comfortable furniture and beds, tv in every room, etc. We wanted a cozy space that was enough room for everyone and was cozy enough to feel like home. A short drive to all the Green Bay attractions and very close to quick things like coffee or fast food.

The best Airbnb single or couple could ask for. The cozy cottage is exactly what it sounds, cozy and peaceful. From the well stocked kitchen of utensils and cook ware down books and games she keeps on the shelf, the is no reason you shouldn't have a good time. The lovely art and decorations will keep you looking and enchanted by hours. I personally will be recommending this stay to anyone I know going to the Appleton area.

The host was very proactive and very communicative. Everything was as promised. This is definitely a guest favorite. It is certainly one of my favorites and I highly recommend it.

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)

This place was perfect for us! It’s located in a homey, small town with several fun restaurants and shops. The condo was clean, functional, and cozy. The check in/out process was very easy, and the host was very responsive. I’d book again!

We had two families that stayed together, all adults. We had a blast at the Tiki Bar and beach. The water was crystal clear! We didn't hit the pool because we couldn't pull ourselves away from the beach. We walked downtown and walked through a Porsche car show on the way. We hit a local Brewhouse for a beer then a swanky little restaurant for some Martini's. Everything was so close and the weather was amazing! Make sure to hit the Speak Easy right next to the condo. We stumbled upon so many cool things! We also rented SUP boards and paddle boats one afternoon. The rentals is quick and right there at the beach. We will definitely go back!
