First things first we have to say WOW! Me and my husband decided to get away for a weekend and we both really enjoy the peace and quiet of the country. We were blown away by the cleanliness, beautiful views and how freindly and accommodating Ian was. Loved the note in the information book about how the cabin was crafted and made. The pride and craftsmanship that was put into this place really shows. You can tell Ian and his wife Lorna both care about their cabin and the people that rent it from them. The cabin itself was so comfortable and we felt right at home. It is definitely an outdoor enthusiasts dream! We checked ice conditions for ice fishing, went snowshoeing, went to riding mountain to see the bison and visited clear lake. Lots of beautiful scenery, very private. Loved the fact that you hear nothing, no highways, no busy streets. Felt like the perfect getaway! We have already been thinking of which date we would like to book again in the near future. Keshia was a great host. Always very responsive and very helpful when we needed anything. Definitely would recommend a stay here.

Our second time staying here while in the area to visit family and it met all expectations. Jenn was very helpful and the place is so spacious and well equipped. The peace and solitude of the property was a welcome break.

Andrea is a very friendly and responsive host. The place is easy to find with the directions given. The place was very clean and had everything you would need. Unfortunately we were unable to stay the night and were only at the property for a couple hours before having to leave. Our little girl started to get sick/teething. We messaged Andrea and apologized and we packed ourselves up and drove home to help make our girl more comfortable and monitor her fever. Andrea was very understanding of the situation and wished us well. I would recommend staying here to others as it is nice and Andrea was a wonderful host.
