Monthly Rentals in Lake Arnold

I stayed here for a month and had a great experience thanks to Valerie! This is a guest suite that is part of a private residence, but it still felt very private and friendly. For a smaller space, it offered more than enough and did not feel small. I was honestly surprised by how well-equipped the unit was — essentials, utensils, and other thoughtful touches. The center of the mattress started sagging towards the end of my stay, but this might’ve been simply fixed with readjusting/moving it or the bedframe (and to be fair I didn’t try to because it was so slight). The area was quiet, full of peacocks, and even though the neighborhood was darker at night it still always felt safe. Parking was easy, with space in the driveway right in front of the unit, easily fitting both our cars. Thank you so much for a great stay!

This was my first time staying in an Airbnb, and my family and I really enjoyed it. It was perfect for our short visit, and the area is beautiful. We would definitely stay here again!

Milton's place is exactly as described, cute, and small enough for a single person or a couple. The water has a strong smell of chlorine and is rough on sensitive skin (it's not Milton's fault). The shower is small with a very good pressure; therefore, my long hair got drenched every day (I'm too petite to hide from the rain shower ;) but my husband enjoyed this type of shower feature! Overall, it's a good value!

The place had everything we needed for a short stay, including a small kitchen with some utensils, cooking pots, microwave, oven and a coffee machine. Place is small and cosy however still spacious which we enjoyed. Location is not far from downtown and some shops, cafeterias etc approximately 10 minutes away on foot.
