Liz was absolutely wonderful. She was out of town at the time of my stay but her mom was house sitting for her. She was fantastic! We shared a lovely conversation. Even though Liz was out of town, she messaged me a couple times throughout my stay to make sure that everything was ok. I loved that she had a washer and dryer available. Actually, she had anything you needed. Even Q-tips. I felt very at home! The location is excellent too! You are not far from all things Gainesville, yet you are nestled in a very peaceful neighborhood:) I highly recommend Liz’s place!

Margaret's place it great. I had to bring my dog for consultation at the University of Florida Small Animal Hospital and Margaret's place is literally 2 blocks away so it was perfect for me! The university is right around the corner and very convenient for everything on Archer. The complex is very quiet and easy to get to. The parking is right outside the door and check-in was a breeze. Will definitely stay again if it's available.

Came down for my son to attend Florida days. This place is absolutely perfect. The bathroom is amazing. This place has everything you need. Perfect little studio. Exactly as described and even better in person. This will be my go-to place when I visit my son!

We rented this place for the week when I had to have surgery at Shands. So, my husband and I stayed the first night, then after that my husband went back and forth to the hospital. It was a short walk, and it was nice for him to have an inexpensive place to stay. The night I stayed I thought the bed was comfortable and I appreciated the computer chair provided by the dining table. The main thing that stood out about our stay was that the hosts were very responsive. I will say that there were a couple of issues at the beginning: a missing parking pass, some lightbulbs out, and the drain was clogged, but as soon as I called them up, they had someone over right away who made sure that the issues were fixed and apologized that they even happened (and I called about the drain at 9:30 at night), which I appreciated. I suspect that the people they had clean for them simply were not telling them about these things.
