Room for 2 adults + 1 or 2 children. Kitchen, bathroom, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200 cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Floor heating. Near the house is the area's common pool (open summertime), mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football pitch and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. Warm welcome!

Lean back and relax in this peaceful, elegant accommodation in wonderful & harmonious Mellbystrand, close to Sweden's longest sandy beach (12 km). If you want to experience the pulse of Båstad during the Summer on festival or tennis week it is only a quarter away! A caravan is located just outside the plot in which up to 5 children can sleep in. If there is a need for a car (Tesla) or electric scooter, this can be borrowed during the stay, just one of those things. 😉 Please let us know in advance if you would like to borrow the car.

Nice forest trails, playground, tennis court and sauna are in the area and Västersjön is beautifully located a bit away. Longer hiking trails can be found at Djurholmen Nature Reserve. Vallåsen Park which offers one of the best bike parks in Sweden as well as ski and cross-country skiing tracks is only 25 minutes from our cabin. The cottage has an area of about 100 sqm - at your disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a private, cozy sauna.
