Ett mysigt rum i närheten till hav och tennis

Ett enkelt och mysigt rum i närheten till havet, stationen, skog och Båstad. Observera att rummet är enkelt och litet, ca 10 kvm inklusive badrum och kökspentry. Boendet lämpar sig framför allt för en person men det finns möjlighet till vistelse för två personer. Området är väldigt lugnt utan nämnvärd trafik. För dig som vill komma ifrån bilkörningen finns det cyklar att hyra. Från hösten till tidigt på sommaren kan utrymmet användas som studentboende till ett mycket kraftigt reducerat pris.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna naturnära, boende i ett av Halmstads finaste bostadsområden, mitt emellan City och Tylösand. 300 meter till stranden och den fantastiska vandringsleden Prins Bertils Stig som slingrar sig utmed kusten. På promenadavstånd så finns det både mataffär, fiskbil, apotek, flera affärer och restauranger. Simstadion Brottet med gratis uppvärmd 50m bassäng och barnpool. Med cykel - 15 minuter till Tylösand. 15 min åt andra hållet så är du mitt i city. Välkommen!

Modern & fresh apartment in central Halmstad

A fresh apartment in the basement of our house with separate entry and with all the facilities. Coop Supermarket & bus-stop infront of house, No pets, no smoking inside the house. Bathroom is a little bit across cinema-room and across the hall. Light cooking is possible. Bedsheets & towels not included in the price, can be arranged at extra cost of 50SEK per towel & 50 per sheet . As cleaning charges are not included in the price, you have to leave the room in condition as you recieved.

Newly renovated 1 Bedroom guest suite with separate entrance built into an old barn. The property has five buildings. With the owners' house dating back 200 years! The guest suite is newly renovated with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The farm is located on 9 hectares of mostly forest and surrounded by hundreds more. In the middle of nowhere yet only 10 minutes to E4. The owners, Scott and Christina a Swedish/American couple and are available on site. Pets are welcome!

The accommodation is suitable for cyclists passing on the Kattegattsleden or for people interested in bird watching as there are numerous birdlife centers in the immediate vicinity. Location 200 m from the beautiful beach. 100 meters to bus stop, line 314 with good connections to Halmstad.

Charmig lägenhet i villa i lugnt område några minuters promenad från strand och natur. Egen ingång, uteplats och privat del av trädgård. 10 minuters promenad från järnvägsstationen och bussar. 200 m från Kattegattleden. 2, 5 km till Båstad centrum. Lägenheten har ett sovrum med bekväm dubbelsäng och ett litet rum med våningssäng avsedd för barn. Köket är fullt utrustat och det finns badrum med dusch. Lakan och handdukar ingår. Städning på egen hand eller mot extra avgift.

Stuga på 12 kvm med underbart läge i den lummiga trädgården. Dusch, wc och pentry med direktingång via trapphus. Pentryt har kylskåp ,kokplatta, micro mm, dock inte stekmöjlighet. Uteplatser i trädgård. Gratis parkering utanför huset. Lugnt och tyst villaområde. Avstånd till havet 200 m, centrum 800 m och hamnen i Båstad 1500 m. Busshållplats ca 100 m från huset med anknytning till Båstad station ca 10 minuter från här. OBS ! Egna sängkläder och handduk medtages.

Ca 100 kvm eget boende i hus, tillgång till hela övervåning med 3 sovrum och 3 dubbelsängar. Eget badrum och dusch. Eget TV rum och ingång. Ej möjligheter att laga eller förvara mat. Obs! Öppen trappuppgång mellan ner och övervåning. Vi som vanligtvis bor i huset kommer under denna perioden bo på nedervåningen. Katt och hund finns i huset.
