Absolutely loved Carolyn’s place- cute, clean, centrally located- 10/10 and would book again. Our favorite parts were the sky lights throughout the home as well as the loft space.

This was a perfect spot amid beautiful redwoods. The place was comfortable with lots of great and thoughtful details and Jennifer was amazingly flexible and communicative as I settled in. I would love to stay there again for a quiet respite. Thank you!

My father-in-law stayed here for a number of months while he was house hunting. The location is super convenient - just a minute's walk to shops and restaurants. He was delighted that the kitchen was fully stocked with pretty much every piece of equipment he could need and commented on how clean the place was (he's picky). A dedicated parking spot was a big bonus. The apartment was cozy and had heat as well as two window AC units (in LR and bedroom), which was critical during a couple of heat waves. He found the bed comfortable and the bedroom quiet enough since it faces away from downtown. (If you need complete quiet, this isn't the spot for you, but for being located so close to the main drag, it's not bad.) On the one occasion there was a glitch with the internet & TV, the host was extremely responsive and had someone come out within a couple of hours to get it fixed. She also gives you a direct line to the internet person and cleaning lady. Great service. Would recommend!

We had a quick, one-night stay. We basically just slept on the property, but it was nice and clean and well-located in one of the most beautiful parts of Northern California. Can't ask for more than that! Amanda's instructions were easy-to-follow, and she recommended restaurants in the area. I would recommend staying here!
