Vacation rentals with a patio in Lagunas de Puerto Viejo

We rented the 1st floor, perfect for us. The photos match what is offered, nice house, comfortable, it has everything you need to spend days with the family, the beach in front, also places to eat, buy what you need, walk quietly. It's important that the beach is cleaned when users leave, the next day it's clean and you can rent umbrellas and chairs, there is food for sale, perfect! Marco is excellent, friendly, with clear instructions and willing to help if needed. We will recommend it to our friends and want to return to rent the second floor, which is for 9 people. Recommended!

It was quite clear and respectful from the beginning, the short response time allowed us to effectively communicate and reach an agreement, I made many requests since my trip required them and was always willing to fix them in some way. There was quite comfort in the stay, it felt homely and extremely clean. The area looked safe and warm. In conclusion the accommodation was very well equipped, tidy, clean, it was safe and the communication of the host allowed us to make a comfortable and pleasant trip. I would stay again.

It was perfect location. Next to historical and traditional streets, very unique neighborhood. Just by 10-30 minutes walk, you can see a lot of important places. Near to supermarkets and restaurant. Very vibrant. This apartment has wonderful kitchen. The kitchen has everything you need, including rice cooker. The host speaks good English, it was easy to communicate. There are many instructions that can guide you to use everything in the apartment so that you do not need to keep asking the host. Bedsheet was very clean. The apartment is bright. The hist is helpful. It is a good price for what we got. We are happy with our stay. The host is also open to feedbacks and suggestions👍🏻

I really liked the location because you can see the sunset from a balcony with a full ocean view and enjoy it with the family. The facilities have what we are looking for to spend a quiet weekend outside of Lima; everything is very comfortable in the apartment with the equipment at our disposal. It was a great weekend.

Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

The truth is that the house is perfect to spend a few days relaxing with family or friends, the pool is the soul of the house, clean, spacious, everything is perfect, recommended, you have a mini-market nearby, seafood restaurants if you wish and bread with pork rinds to eat for breakfast very close and delicious.

This is place is beautiful and very safe. It is in a private community well guarded. The space is like the pictures. But because it is located by the each there is some damage to the house. We only stayed one night but it was PERFECT. Nice and relaxing. Pool is super clean. Communication with owner was great. Location wise , it is further away from the city than I thought. However there are taxi for a small price to get to the city. I would for sure stay here again.

We were greeted by Mrs. Luz's husband, then her niece in charge was attentive to us. The place is nice, private, safe, there are few families around, pet friendly. For the date we came it was a little cold at night, but good weather in general. There is quite a bit of wildlife, we were able to walk quietly with our dogs on the beach. The house is very nice on the outside and inside, clean, with several appliances and kitchenware to use. The bathrooms are also very clean. The only problem is the showers, in some the water comes out but mopping solves it. The pool is small but it was very clean, quite nice. The grill is good, we brought our own charcoal but there was some to use, I would recommend bringing lighters. It is better to come with your own car to be able to get to Boulevard de Asia easily, but in any case there are Ubers that accept the trip,

Renee and Marion's apartment is spectacular, it overlooks the beach and the area is very quiet and safe. The duplex is spacious and comfortable, very well maintained and practically new. The kitchen and rooms are very well equipped. It's just amazing that each room has its own bathroom and an additional guest bathroom, I think that's it It allows guests to have privacy in each space. I think the apartment can even be a success when the weather is warmer because the environment is too relaxing. We will be back for sure!

The place is really lovely. I went with my parents and we had a wonderful experience. It's an ideal destination to enjoy as a family. The pools were spotless, the beach was safe and the rooms were very cozy. There was a small problem with the shower, as the water jet was too strong, but it was not a significant problem. I would definitely recommend it 100%.

The stay was excellent, everything was very comfortable, clean and the apartment was well-equipped. Carolina and Alejandro were very helpful and kind at all times. We really enjoyed our days there, we felt right at home and we were very close to a very good restaurant from where we had an amazing view! I sincerely recommend it.
