Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lagunas de Puerto Viejo

11/10 We are a couple of girls 👩🏽‍❤️‍👩🏾 🌈 who decided to look for our first home for three months on an Airbnb, and we think we chose the apartment really well. MaCri was a spectacular host! From the moment we arrived, he was attentive. When we had a problem, he solved everything quickly and effectively. Communication was constant, clear and smooth. Kind, attentive and very cool! Loves dogs, #petfriendly💚🐶. We chose it mainly because it is very well equipped (the washer and dryer are great, the kitchen works very well, and incredibly we never ran out of gas). You have everything you need for a long and pleasant stay. The space is small but cozy. We enjoyed the proximity of everything Barranco offers, we loved the evenings with the sunset and how the whole room and the bedroom turned orange. It gave us peace and happiness😊. Spacious bathroom (you can take a shower as a couple), good bedroom to rest. 100% recommended!

Ana’s place was exactly as described in the listing, small, modern, spotlessly clean, and remarkably peaceful for being right in the middle of bustling Barranco. The apartment faces an interior courtyard, so there’s absolutely no street noise. The apartment building has very modern amenities and a helpful door staff. Any small requests we had during our stay we addressed within hours, if not minutes - Ana & Andrea our friendly and helpful hosts, and we highly recommend considering this place for a stay in Barranco.

This was our second stay at Cristie’s apartment. Before and at the time of our arrival she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice balcony, pool and a great ocean view. There is a couple of tennis courts very close to the building for tennis/pickleball lovers (pre-booking required). Cristie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made our experience wonderful and relaxing. We were provided with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She is the amazing host we always want to have. We cannot recommend Cristie and her property highly enough. Thanks so much, Cristie! We will be back for sure.

This home is absolutely gorgeous! We had a wonderful stay here. The home has all of the amenities you can ask for, has a beautiful view of the beach, and the host was so welcoming, responsive, and super flexible with check in and check out with our group. We'll definitely be back!

Good place, the host was very friendly, she was in constant communication with me. Highly recommended place and located in a good area of Barranco.

We came with two cats and that was difficult with the balcony. But Adriana worked with us even though she did not have to. We had a bit a difficult stay not because of the place but because of own circumstances traveling with cats. Despite our situation and stress, Adriana was accommodating and did her best to help. Overall without cats, because of the beautiful balcony, this apartment is peaceful and in a great building. The pool and amenities were great too.

Claudia’s apartment was perfectly located and a great choice for us visiting Lima. So close to the best restaurants in the city that you don’t even notice them right under your nose. Claudia was friendly, attentive, and super responsive when we needed help. Thank you Claudia!!!

Perfect size for one person or a couple. It was comfy and cozy and had everything we needed for comfort. Location is pretty central in Barranco and a quick walk to Miraflores. Street is very loud in front of a bus stop and highway intersection but got quieter late night.

From the time we booked until the end of our stay, we always had a quick response from Roiki. Her attention and kindness made us feel right at home. Quiet, clean place and everything in order. Highly recommended.

Mrs. Maria is charming, the house is beautiful, cozy with all the amenities and facilities. A few blocks from San Bartolo Boulevard.

My family and I had a very nice time, everything was just like the photos. We would have liked the pool water to be tempered by the children but still we put 100 points in cleanliness, order and communication. Not wanting to go out to the beach we had, we had everything we needed to have a good time. We would definitely come back.

The house is as shown in the photos, has the equipped kitchen, the beautiful pool and an excellent grill. Everything ok! We had no issues checking in as the communication was great! Yes, I would come back! Highly recommended!

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

The place is perfect for enjoying the sea and the house itself! I recommend it!

Very peaceful, we had a lovely family time away from the sound of the seaside, with an amazing view, can be a little difficult to access and away from the beach. But it gave us peace of mind

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean, comfortable, lots of place, multiple bathrooms and closets. Having washing machine and a dryer is a great asset when traveling. The location is excellent: beautiful area, close to multiple restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies and bars. Julio is a very responsive and helpful owner. Check in and check out were very easy. Julio was waiting for us when we arrived and Answered all our questions . He went out of his way to take us to the pharmacy and helped us translate

The apartment has a very good view, it is also well equipped and organized, Barbara was always ready to help us. It was a very good stay.

Our stay at this apartment in Barranco was simply wonderful. The area is incredibly quiet, which allowed us to fully rest, but at the same time it is steps away from a wide variety of restaurants and bars, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and enjoying the nightlife. The building staff were exceptional, always kind, attentive and respectful, which made us feel very welcome. And, of course, we can't forget to mention Eduardo, the host, who was extremely friendly, helpful and charming. He treated us like home. We'll definitely be back with pleasure. Unforgettable and highly recommended experience!

My family and I were very comfortable, everything clean, beautiful, the place is very nice, the swimming pools are nice and large and close to the beach! I recommend it 😊

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

The apartment is modern and in great condition, located in a beautiful and vibrant area of the city. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions. The staff in the building were also super-friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back to this place when returning to Lima.
