Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Lagunas de Puerto Viejo

11/10 Somos una pareja de chicas 👩🏽‍❤️‍👩🏾 🌈 que decidimos buscar nuestro primer hogar por tres meses en un Airbnb, y creemos que escogimos super bien el depa. ¡MaCri fue una espectacular anfitriona! Desde nuestra llegada estuvo al pendiente, cuando tuvimos algún inconveniente solucionó todo de manera rápida y efectiva. La comunicación fue constante, clara y fluida. Gentil, atenta y muy buena onda! Ama a los perritus, #petfriendly 💚🐶. Lo escogimos sobre todo porque está muy bien equipado (lavadora y secadora son un golazo, la cocina funciona muy bien, increíblemente nunca se nos agotó el gas). Tienes todo lo que necesitas para una estancia larga y placentera. El espacio es peque pero acogedor. Disfrutamos de la cercanía de todo lo que ofrece Barranco, amamos las tardes con la puesta del sol y cómo se tornaba toda la sala y el cuarto color naranja. Nos dio quietud y felicidad 😊. Baño espacioso (puedes tomar ducha en pareja), dormitorio bueno para reposar. 100% recomendado!

Ana’s place was exactly as described in the listing, small, modern, spotlessly clean, and remarkably peaceful for being right in the middle of bustling Barranco. The apartment faces an interior courtyard, so there’s absolutely no street noise. The apartment building has very modern amenities and a helpful door staff. Any small requests we had during our stay we addressed within hours, if not minutes - Ana & Andrea our friendly and helpful hosts, and we highly recommend considering this place for a stay in Barranco.

This was our second stay at Cristie’s apartment. Before and at the time of our arrival she was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment is always immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. It has a nice balcony, pool and a great ocean view. There is a couple of tennis courts very close to the building for tennis/pickleball lovers (pre-booking required). Cristie went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her prompt communication made our experience wonderful and relaxing. We were provided with helpful recommendations for local restaurants and stores. She is the amazing host we always want to have. We cannot recommend Cristie and her property highly enough. Thanks so much, Cristie! We will be back for sure.

Fuimos en familia y el lugar y todo lo q necesitamos fue lo preciso, muy agradable, nos sentimos como en casa. Luciana siempre atenta a mis consultas, fue mi primera vez alquilando un Airb y ella me ayudo bastante. La casa impecable, muy completa, tenia hasta juegos de mesa, realmente no necesitaba llevar nada, todo muy limpio, la zona tranquila, bastante vigilancia y la vista increíble, me encantó, Luciana una anfitriona A1, gracias 🙂

Buen lugar, la anfitriona muy amable, estuvo en constante comunicación conmigo. Muy recomendable el lugar y ubicado en una buena zona de barranco.

We came with two cats and that was difficult with the balcony. But Adriana worked with us even though she did not have to. We had a bit a difficult stay not because of the place but because of own circumstances traveling with cats. Despite our situation and stress, Adriana was accommodating and did her best to help. Overall without cats, because of the beautiful balcony, this apartment is peaceful and in a great building. The pool and amenities were great too.

Claudia’s apartment was perfectly located and a great choice for us visiting Lima. So close to the best restaurants in the city that you don’t even notice them right under your nose. Claudia was friendly, attentive, and super responsive when we needed help. Thank you Claudia!!!

Perfect size for one person or a couple. It was comfy and cozy and had everything we needed for comfort. Location is pretty central in Barranco and a quick walk to Miraflores. Street is very loud in front of a bus stop and highway intersection but got quieter late night.

Desde que se reservo, hasta que se termino la estadia, siempre tuvimos una respuesta rapida de Roiki, la atención que daba y su amabilidad nos hacia sentir como en casa. Lugar tranquilo, limpio y todo en orden. Muy Recomendado.

Una casa con una vista espectacular. Para disfrutar entre amigos. La pasamos excelente. Amplia casa. Y el host súper amable, lo recomiendo 100000%

Encantadora la Sra.Maria, la casita bella, acogedora con todas las comodidades y facilidades. A unas cuadras del bulevar de San Bartolo.

Mi familia y yo la pasamos muy bonito, todo estuvo tal cual las fotos. Nos hubiera gustado que el agua de piscina fuera temperada por los niños pero aun así le ponemos 100 puntos en limpieza, orden y comunicación. Ni ganas de salir a la playa tuvimos, teníamos todo lo necesario para pasarla bien. Definitivamente regresaríamos.

La casa tal cual las fotos, tiene la cocina equipada, la piscina preciosa y una parrilla excelente. Todo ok! No tuvimos problemas am hacer el check-in ya que la comunicación era excelente! Sí, volvería! Recomendadísimo!

We had a great experience, the place is just as described, lots of space for the family. The main bedroom was huge and had an awesome are to chill and an hammock as well. The kitchen was full of dishes, glasses and appliances including an air fryer. The highlight of the house is the rooftop, which has a pool, a grill and a sitting area. It was so nice and we enjoyed it! The subdivision has 2 pools, one is huge! The kids loved it. And the beach is a just a short walk away. Also, there are couple of stores on site as well as restaurants, so you don’t have to leave. However, if you want you can go to Asia boulevard which was a short ride away. Maria was a great host, she was available and responsive before and during our stay. She was super accommodating and helpful.

El lugar es perfecto para disfrutar del mar y de la casa en sí! Lo recomiendo!

Très paisible, nous avons passé un très bon moments en famille loin du bruit du balnéaire, avec une vue incroyable, peut être un peu difficile d’accès et éloigné de la plage. Mais cela nous a permis d’avoir du calme

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It’s clean, comfortable, lots of place, multiple bathrooms and closets. Having washing machine and a dryer is a great asset when traveling. The location is excellent: beautiful area, close to multiple restaurants, supermarket, pharmacies and bars. Julio is a very responsive and helpful owner. Check in and check out were very easy. Julio was waiting for us when we arrived and Answered all our questions . He went out of his way to take us to the pharmacy and helped us translate

El apartamento tiene un vista muy buena, asimismo se encuentra bien equipado y organizado, Bárbara estuvo siempre presta a ayudarnos. Fue una muy buena estadía.

Nuestra estancia en este depa en Barranco fue simplemente maravillosa. La zona es increíblemente tranquila, lo que nos permitió descansar plenamente, pero a la vez está a pasos de una gran variedad de restaurantes y bares, lo que hace que sea perfecta tanto para relajarse como para disfrutar de la vida nocturna. El personal del edificio fue excepcional, siempre amable, atento y respetuoso, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. Y, por supuesto, no podemos dejar de mencionar a Eduardo, el anfitrión, quien fue sumamente cordial, disponible y encantador. Nos trató como si estuviéramos en casa. Sin lugar a dudas, volveremos con mucho gusto. ¡Una experiencia inolvidable y altamente recomendable!

El apartamento es tal cual como aparece en las fotos, es un lugar muy cómodo, con excelente iluminación y ventilación. Super fresco el apartamento, acogedor y agradable. Sus anfitriones muy atentos y de rápida comunicación

Mi familia y yo estuvimos muy cómodas, todo limpio, bonito, el lugar muy bonito, las piscinas lindas y grandes y cerquita a la playa! Lo recomiendo 😊

This house was just perfect for our family vacation and 1st time in Lima. The house is spotless and spacious. The sunset view from different areas of the house was breathtaking. There was 10 of us, two families composed of two sisters, their sons, with their views and kids. The number of rooms was just perfect to accommodate everyone in our group. We went to Lima for my husband’s Birthday and were lucky to get the master bedroom which was just so beautiful. The host was very responsive to our inquiries. The gentleman at the front door was very helpful. We took uber to the local Wong to buy groceries and cooked a few meals, the kitchen had all the necessary items. We spend many hours in the outside balcony playing poker, drinking wine and just enjoying the beautiful view. Unfortunately the rio tides were very strong and we were unable to go inside the beach but still sat in the sand and enjoying locos food and drinks. We loved staying at the luxurious house for our family trip!

The apartment is modern and in great condition, located in a beautiful and vibrant area of the city. The host always responded quickly and was very helpful whenever I had any questions. The staff in the building were also super-friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely come back to this place when returning to Lima.
