The Village at Irvine Spectrum is definitely one of the best places to stay for vacation. The room is comfy with a night view. Comfy living room with a nice couch and Netflix. Kitchen is clean but with some missing amenities. Nice and clean shower. Washer and dryer are available. Bedroom is comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway nothing too long. Overall with a few touch ups this room can be a great option for couples.

This apartment in Irvine Spectrum Center is good for short and long stays. Spacious, bright, tidy and comfortable. Daily necessities are well prepared. You can tell they put in the effort. The special touches are a small bottle of olive oil, a bottle of Maldon salt, and a bottle of black pepper. Fried eggs and steaks are very convenient.

Quiet Neighborhood, spotless house , answered all my questions in a timely manner no matter how late of the day it was. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay this is a nice home for you

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

All-in-all nice vacation spot. You can always find something to complain (i.e. musty odor mentioned in the previous review is a fact but everybody has a different tolerance level). Bikes are GREAT addition to the experience as you can almost drop using your car unless to stock up in Trader Joe's. Sandra is very welcoming host, instructions are clear and precise.

Perfect space for our family of 3 in a great neighborhood and everything we needed for Easter weekend! John was incredibly responsive and flexible with our stay and communication was excellent. We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my little family, perfect location was super quiet at night. Place was super clean had plenty of necessities for bathroom or bedroom area. Had working ac and heater which was handy because it was so cold at night so the heater kept us nice and cozy. There was a gas station right down the street as well as a few other places to eat for a quick bite. My kids slept easily here and made us all feel safe and at home. I would definitely recommend this area to anyone.

The house was perfect! It matched the description exactly and was a quick 15-20 mins drive to Disney. The rooms were clean and spacious, backyard was nice to be in, my daughter loved the doll house, and the level 2 Ev charger was great! The toys in the house made our kids extremely happy and the hosts are amazing! They are informative and friendly and we look forward to renting from them again

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Our friend group stayed at the Comfy Cottage for the Long Beach Grand Prix and really enjoyed the place! The hosts were very proactive and helpful in giving us recommendations to avoid having to drive to the track each day. They were also extremely friendly and available throughout our stay for any questions. The home was very clean and has a well executed nautical theme! We enjoyed finding the various thematic Easter eggs in the decor throughout our stay! We didn't have any kids with us, but the home is well equipped for a group with kids (lots of toys and games, as well as baby gates). There is a parking space for the Airbnb in the alley - there are some tight turns to get there, so a sedan or small crossover would be the best option if you are bringing a car, but you could probably park a bigger vehicle on the street if needed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

I have to say the most impressive plus point is the view and scenery. The neighborhood is amazing despite being a bit remote from local access. The second best thing is the communication and the desire to help guests. The inside is pretty old, and although it has almost all necessary equipment, they need to upgrade them, as they are very old and look like no update has been done. The gym shown in the photos is almost non-usable except for the treadmill and elliptical. The knives are blunt and need replacement. Repairs must be completed at their own expense, not the guests’. They should pause availability until all repairs are done. It’s not appropriate to place black plastic wrap on the roof. But overall, I give credit not because it was a perfect stay but because of the view and their communication. AND ABOVE ALL, WE HAD A GREAT VACATION AND I don’t want to consider a negative thing in my memory even if it’s unrelated. THAT IS HOW POSITIVE I AM.

Beautiful home and looks just like the pictures! Super close to Disneyland and golf courses. Very clean home, we would definitely stay here again!
