Very clean and spacious apartment with all the useful amenities. Very practical assigned parking spot and really helpful hosts.

Excellent and well appointed unit. King size bed was great, mattresses comfortable. Large TV in the living room. Kitchen had everything needed. Ground floor with zero steps was nice.

It was very nice amd cozy, had walkable stores and restaurants (even walked to a restaurants that was nearby) has a very safe environment and had no issues, love to stay again in future

Nicole was an excellent host, who promptly replied to any questions we had. The bnb was in a great location with plenty of restaurants around as well as local coffee and pastry shops. Everything was as the pictures described, thank you for a great stay!

Maxime's apartment was incredible, extremely clean and with wonderful amenities in the building. I do appreciated the last minute accommodations at such a late hour. Downtown LA is not the best area in general but Maxime's apartment is a little piece of heaven amongst the chaos of downtown area.

Georgetta was very pleasant and answered very quickly. Place is close to all the places we wanted to visit. Will book again.

This apartment is one of the most comfortable and affordable airbnbs I’ve been, excluding the area and city it’s in. Inside of the airbnb was very clean, quiet, and easy access. Compound Capital was very quick to respond, nice, respectful, and instructions were very clear.

Firstly the apartment is lovely with all the amenities one could possibly hope for. Ali as a host is lovely, very helpful and responsive with answers to any queries. Couldn’t recommend this space enough.

Christian’s apt was the perfect location during my family’s stay in LA. The place was spacious and comfortable and the location was near lots of great restaurants and places to visit. Access to a free parking garage was also very convenient. Would definitely recommend.

This was our second trip to Catalina but our first time staying in Hamilton Cove. We will definitely come back. The location has so many amenities but downtown is still easily accessible by golf cart. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and private beach. Trevor’s place had all of the sports equipment you might need which was really nice and the view is stunning.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

Dan was very helpful and informative about surround area. Very kind and inviting, we felt at home. Will highly consider staying here again if or when visiting near. I recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable and cozy stay.

Jennings’ home was exactly as shown and perfect for our relaxing stay. The location was great, the house was well decorated, very clean, and had fantastic amenities. There’s an iPad that controls everything in the home, including the temperature of the hot tub, which we enjoyed every evening. Lori (co-host) was very proactive and pleasant. We felt well looked-after and appreciated the lovely welcome basket and hand written card. We highly recommend this property and would definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Justin's place is a true oasis. Great location- less than a ten minute walk to the main street. Beds were very comfortable, and the bathroom was squeaky clean. I would stay here again.

I highly recommend this place! Dale was very communicative and was willing to let us go in early to decorate for our friend’s birthday. Whenever we had questions he’d always be available to answer. The place was very nice as well and it had a nice view from the second floor! Would definitely book another time !

We had a very enjoyable time. Alex was very responsive with potential issues that actually weren’t, just needed communicating which was great! He also helped us identify a couple different restaurants to try. The place was very comfortable so when we didn’t feel like being on the go, we were comfortable staying in.

This is a great place to stay for whatever kind of trip you are taking! The location is convenient whether you want to go to the mountains or the beach or LA! The neighborhood is safe and beautiful. You are in close driving distance to go to any stores that you might need to go to, and there’s also plenty of places that deliver whether it’s for food or groceries. The inside had all the amenities that we needed and it was clean and comfortable. But the crowning jewel is the private outdoor space! It felt like being in our own secluded hideaway where we could just sit and enjoy the sun and the breeze and the beautiful plants and the hot tub! It was so relaxing and regenerating. There’s also a very nice workout area and some fun games there. I highly recommend this location and when we go back, we will be staying there.

Beautiful place. So clean and well described. We got there at night, we had to find a space to park our car but it was easy. We loved this place and definitely wold come again. Mike, thank you so much for hosting us.
