This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

Kimberly’s home was absolutely lovely, very clean, well-kept, and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, and it made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Kimberly herself was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout the entire process. She was quick to respond to any questions and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely book again!

This home was beautifully decorated, well furnished and very clean! Both Harold and Jasper were very attentive and responded quickly. Our only disappointment was that the hot tub wasn't working properly when we stayed and we were really looking forward to that. They did try and repair it while we were there, but the issue wasn't resolved in time. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this property!

This Seal Beach house was a fantastic spot for my family’s vacation. We loved the vibe of the house and our kids loved the pool. The outdoor furniture was great, we spent most of our time outside enjoying the perfect weather. Everything in Seal Beach is walkable. Park the car and enjoy. Sue, the host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend this house.

Me and my family really enjoyed the place. The HOME was very nice clean and peaceful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful as well. The host got back with me right away when I needed help with anything. I would definitely stay there again and refer anyone else I know that’s looking for a nice Airbnb.

We absolutely loved the place. Spacious place with 4 bedrooms, 2 of them being extra large. Heated pool with a spa kept the kids fully occupied. Good value for money.

Helena’s home was beautiful. The images do not do it justice. Very relaxing and felt like we were at home. I definitely recommend this place if you want to get an away from home and relax. Trust me you are not going to want to leave.

Honestly this home was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely worth staying there a million times. Beautiful backyard and interior. Would 100% recommend. Host was very kind and helpful. Jennifer’s beachfront home was lovely! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and right on the beach. It was the perfect place for our family to celebrate my niece’s first birthday. It was so peaceful, we could hear the waves from the couch. Stunning views.

Pool & view were absolutely gorgeous. We should have BBQed. The kitchen was beyond stocked with tools for those that like to cook. Pool toys, sunscreen, & life jackets available for kiddos. The coffee maker. ❤️ (u don’t need k cups) I think it would be helpful to list more of the smaller luxuries & more details (bbq situation, are there beach towels, do we need to supply out own TP, etc. I like to know that up front to plan better) otherwise zero complaints. Gorgeous home.

What a wonderful stay!! This property was just perfect for our family holiday re living memories from years past. Such a beautiful cozy home. The decor and furniture were high quality and comfortable. We loved the balcony!! We spent mornings, afternoons and evenings outside and captured a number of great family photos with the water and trees as the backdrop. The kitchen was well stocked and the bbq was great. Beds very comfortable. Space was perfect for our adult family of 7. We loved the location and a peaceful street. Garage was very much appreciated making coming and going easy. We hope that we can return again soon !!

Everything was perfect about this stay. House was better than described or shown. Much larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for our family as we celebrated my son’s graduation from UCLA. Deck is great. Watched dolphins back and forth all day long. Slept to the ocean waves.

We had a wonderful stay with all our family and dogs. Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, bowls, glasses and cookware. It was a great home away from home. Responsiveness of the staff was exceptional. Would definitely rent again!

Tuans place was super close to the beach and had plenty of beach amenities! House was very clean and decorations in the house were beautiful and made the home feel cozy. The entire experience felt luxurious and I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony, I would love to stay again!

We had a great stay at David’s place. It’s really spacious and tastefully decorated. It was a nice touch to have in house toiletries, and a cupboard with tea and oil and all the little things that make you feel at home. The location is perfect, one street back from Newport beach which is stunning. There’s enough room for a few couples or two families to feel like they’re at home and have lots of space. The cute terrace is great too. There are loads of nearby restaurants - some easily walkable. We loved our stay!

Can’t beat the location and view from the main room. Unit was very well stocked and great proximity to coffee, ice cream and food. Bedding and bathroom amenities were clean and complete and the unit did not feel crammed with beds just to boost occupancy. No AC, but fans in main room. Overall the unit could use TLC on the paint and finishing. It’s very much a well loved money making vacation rental. The exterior is likely the shabbiest on the row, but not a deal breaker. Lack of patio or outdoor space is a bummer being so close to the beach. If they were to open the rooftop which was locked and off limits, it would be beautiful. Due to some confusion, we accidentally initially opened the sister unit’s garage because apparently the code was the same for both units. It gave access to that unit through unlocked interior door. I definitely feel they should be unique and changed each stay for security purposes.

We just spent 5 nights at Mai’s Huntington Beach house and had a wonderful time. The location was easy to find and close to all the places we wanted to visit: Anaheim, Angel Stadium, Long Beach, Costa Mesa, Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. There was plenty of shopping around us and the Costco was just minutes away and it has a gas station. All of us from teens to seniors found the accommodation peaceful and spacious. We enjoyed lots of meals in the huge kitchen space and on the back patio beside the pool. Parking was easy and we always felt safe coming and going from the location. Thank you Mai !

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was perfect for our big family — very spacious, comfortable, and incredibly pet-friendly! The location was great too — conveniently close to both San Diego and Oceanside. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again!

Our stay at this Laguna Beach home was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the house and the breathtaking views. Every sunset felt like a private show, and the peaceful energy of the space made it the perfect place to truly unwind. The location couldn’t have been better—just minutes from the beach, close to grocery stores and anything else we needed, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true escape. But what made this experience truly special was Sea, the host. She is one of the kindest, most thoughtful and responsive hosts we’ve ever had. She made everything seamless from the start and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. When we realized we had left something behind, she didn’t hesitate to help—and even went out of her way to make sure it was returned to us. That level of care is so rare, and we’re so grateful. We had such a lovely time here :)

This house is exactly the way it is described. The host is very accommodating and responsive. Great location and proximity to the beach. Full kitchen is a plus. Pllenty of all the little extras that you need. Much appreciated. Top level on this unit is def better. A bit on the pricey side but would rent out again.

Linda was an amazing host! The place is amazing, and the access to the home is easy. The living room and kitchen was very spacious. Had a lot of the everyday normal things in a home. The instructions were great, and the location is amazing! Enjoyed my time there, and hope to keep this place as my "go to" for future trips around this area.

We stayed at Kim‘s house for a family vacation with our sons, our grandsons, and their other grandparents. Appreciated the proximity to buccaneer Beach and buccaneer Park. A wonderful place to take small children. Beautiful views, flights of pelicans, frolicking, dolphins, and surfers to watch from the terraces. Very relaxing.

We absolutely love this house. This is our third year in a row vacationing at this home. So clean, comfortable, and spacious. The location is perfect with so much to do in the area. Our family will continue to vacation at this home for many years to come. The owners are absolutely wonderful and gracious hosts. This home is truly amazing and one of our favorites that we have ever stayed at. Looking forward to coming back soon!
