The house has a pool, decorated by a known set designer in the Brazilian scene, with large comfortable spaces. . My space is good for couples, group of friends and families (with children).

But we are only 10 minutes walk from the center of the neighborhood, where you can find bars, restaurants, cafes, bakery, grocery stores, supermarkets, pharmacy, fish market, stores etc.. We are approximately 10 km from the Joaquina and Mole beaches and 2 km from the Conceição Lagoon and dunes. IMPORTANT: the daily rate is per guest. Maximum capacity of 2 guests.
