Louisa is a perfect host, clear, friendly and always available, but at the same time extremely discreet. The accommodation is perfect. Clean, with everything that can be useful and the outdoor area is lovely with the greenery and the pool. I highly recommend this place and if we go back to Miami, we will definitely choose it again. Thanks again to Louise for everything.

Had a great stay. Great host. The unit has an ergonomic layout, clean and modern kitchen space, spacious closet, good a/c, clean and well maintained washroom, and nice little workstation with well sized desk and comfortable chair.

Our stay at Nick's was great! Me and my wife felt like home after a month, the place had everything we needed and we were able to work remotely with no issues. Nick is a really nice guy and very comprehensive!
