There is a double bed made of 2 simple beds in one room, in the walk-through the room there are 2 simple beds and a sofa bed, in the living room there is also a sofa bed. New kitchen with gas stove. There is a large garden for the house that is surrounded by forests and fields with horses. There are several good routes in the area to go for a walk and, for example, look at Tang roofed houses and wildlife on the beach meadows. Vegetables and eggs can be purchased depending on the season.

The windows have been scraped off for paint and repainted with linseed oil paint. We have preserved as much of the old from the house and partially reused kitchen cabinets, benches and panels from Vesterø church, etc. The previous owner's things are also recycled, especially pictures. The home is approximately 68 m2 with a well-appointed lower floor with kitchen-living room, as well as a bathroom. 1 floor with 4 sleeping places separated by a half wall.

Our small cozy cottage, is perfectly located in quiet and scenic surroundings close to both the sea and the forest. The house offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. Outside you will find cozy terraces, where you can, among other things, sit under the covered terrace and relax in the sun or enjoy long evenings in the fresh air. The summerhouse is located between Lyngså, which has the most beautiful beaches in the coast and Voerså city with, among other things, shopping and yachts. 1000 m to the sea!

At the end of the cul-de-sac is this lovely and stylishly decorated log house with direct access to the protected natural area - Professor's Plantation - and with only 500m to lovely, child-friendly Kattegat by private and direct path. The house only has a neighbor on one side and is on the other side next to a beautiful natural area where you can often see wildlife. There are very good opportunities for walks to both the water and in the plantation as well as there are many good MTB opportunities

The apartment has an entrance from the courtyard and is furnished with a bright kitchen in open connection with the living room, where there is the possibility to turn up the coziness, by lighting the wood stove. 2 bathrooms, one of which contains a washer and dryer. Large bedroom with sea view and 3 additional rooms. The apartment has its own parking space.

Welcome to our beautiful log cabin, surrounded by nature, and within short distance to the Kattegat Sea and the gentle beaches. The house consists of 3 rooms + a loft. Was built in 2008 and features modern amenities such as a sauna, hot tub, dishwasher, fiber internet etc. We do not rent to youth groups. Please note: Prior to arrival, a deposit of 1,500 DKK must be paid via Pay Pal. The amount will be refunded, excl. electricity consumption. Please bring your own towels, bed linen etc.

Hyggeligt Sommerhus i Lyngså strand til familier og naturelskere Velkommen til vores charmerende sommerhus, beliggende i Lyngså, kun 2 minutters gang fra havet. Huset ligger i anden klitrække, blot 100 meter fra en skøn og børnevenlig strand og fra sommerhuset kan du nyde duften af vand og lyden af bølgerne. Der er en sti direkte til stranden for enden af indkørslen og i klitterne findes en bænk hvor du kan nyde den betagende udsigt over vandet.

Hyggeligt sommerhus med masser af udendørs plads. Huset er ideelt til dem der ønsker en rolig ferie med masser af natur. Huset har foruden tre værelser en stue/alrum med brændeovn og en udestue med udsigt til den store parklignende have, med trampolin og bålsted. Der hører en sø og en skov med til grunden. Huset er beliggende 2km fra stranden og 5km til nærmeste købmand. Den charmerende by Sæby kan nås på 10minutter i bil

The house is located on a really large natural plot, which can be enjoyed undisturbed, as it is bordered by trees. The house is easy to get to and still with good distance to major roads - there is no traffic noise to disturb your holiday.
