The house only has a neighbor on one side and is on the other side next to a beautiful natural area where you can often see wildlife. There are very good opportunities for walks to both the water and in the plantation as well as there are many good MTB opportunities

The house contains a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room with a washer and dryer. 3 bedrooms, (1 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor) The house has stairs and is therefore not suitable for small children. Nice large private garden with several terraces, sun loungers, garden furniture and gas grill. If the weather is bad, there is a large, nice conservatory with both dining area and cozy corner. Pets are not allowed.

There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher in the house. For the kids there is a trampoline, swing stand and sandbox. There are duvets and pillows, but remember to bring bedding and towels.
