Megan's casita was a great base for our Austin weekend. Close to food, drink, and music on E 6th St. She was a great host and very responsive. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fantastic, quiet location with a world-class host. Some thoughts... 1. The host: Rocky is the ultimate AirBnB host. Thoughtful, proactive, responsive and a local pro who truly cares about his guests. 2. Location: Quiet, wooded hillside apartment. Patio view of downtown Austin. Walk to some neighborhood restaurants. Drive to additional neighborhood restaurants. Five-minute drive to downtown restaurants, live music & all Austin has to offer. Ten minutes to University of Austin at Texas. 3. Apartment itself: Older but clean and quiet. Amenities (WiFi, AC, space heater, hot shower, patio grill) all worked well during three-month stay from mid January 2025 to late April 2025. 4. Bottom Line: Imagine coming to Austin for the first time. You need the perfect location for 1 or 2 people. You may want to do some light cooking in a pan or toaster oven. But really, you're in town for work or pleasure. And you want a quiet, strategic location with a world-class host. This is it. Book it.

My daughter and I had a fantastic stay at Britt’s place! The unit was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a super comfortable and relaxing visit—it truly felt like a home away from home. The location was great, with easy access to everything we wanted to see and do. Britta was an outstanding host—friendly, proactive, and always quick to respond. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Austin and would definitely love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Centrally located, quiet and safe and bright. Really does feel like a treehouse. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Austin. Tracie has done a great job.
