Vacation rentals with a patio in Ladis

We really enjoyed Monika's place, the view was amazing and the location was convenient to visit lots of different destinations in the area.

Robert was very friendly and helpful when we neesed. The appartment is placed at excellent location in the center of the town next to bus stop, ski rental and restaurants and has private parking. The appartment is quite, clean and very well maintained.

Christian is kind, communicates quickly and well, the accommodation is nice, tidy, close to the train station, we will be happy to come again.

Great location at St Anton! One minute walk to bus station and 5 minute drive to the ski lift. Beautiful surroundings!

Important practical information not listed in the listing: Bus 8 from the main road leaves every 15 minutes to Sankt Anton. The free ski bus stops 100 meters from the Nasserein lift. It is just over 1 kilometer from the home and down to the bus stop, but you can park your car at the opposite stop where the bus stops when you drive home from Sankt Anton. It's about 200 meters between the two stops. The free ski depot that comes with the apartment is staffed, where staff are standing every day for skis, boots and ski poles and hand it out again. The ski spot is located 100 meters from bus stops and there is direct access from the shop up to the Nasserein lift.

The apartment is very nice, everything is clean and the furniture is extremely appealing. The location is excellent. However, the address was a little confusing, so we didn't find the cottage immediately in the evening after a long drive as it was a different address. Still, it was a great stay, thank you so much! :)

We visited for the 2nd time and it was great again. The apartment is quietly located and you can get everywhere quickly by car. Gladly come back.

We felt very comfortable with Lucie. The apartment was superbly equipped and we didn't miss anything. The view of the mountains such as the Hohe Ifen or the Walmendingerhorn as well as the valley is incredible. We had a great vacation. Communication was also very good. The place was beautiful and extremely well equipped. It is a warm, clean and tidy, spacious and tastefully furnished house. You don't miss anything at all. All information was immediately available from the moment we entered the house. The surroundings are really wonderful. It is also very close to great ski resorts. You also have your peace when you go to the terrace. It really is a gem. I highly recommend it. Many thanks to you. We will definitely be back in the future.

The place is a dream! Perfect for several people with en-suite bathrooms. Totally well located and very quiet. In the immediate vicinity there are shops and playgrounds for the children. The cinema is mega! The sauna is great and nothing is missing!!! The equipment is modern and high quality. Mikail is a great host and very friendly and always available. We were a family with 6 adults over Easter in the vacation home Rosa and were very warmly welcomed by Klaudia and Norbert. As a welcome, a cake was waiting for us in the kitchen. Thank you for that! The vacation home is spacious, very clean, the rooms large - especially the living room and the garden spacious with beautiful fruit trees. Norbert and Claudia are very helpful and quick to respond to questions from us. We were able to take our daily bike tours directly from the house, then enjoy the garden in the sun and in the evening eat together and play cards at the large dining table. Thank you for everything. Sigrid gave us an extremely warm welcome. She was always available to us and the cottage is really impeccable, very well equipped and very attractively designed. We felt right at home and enjoyed the stay very much. Next time we'd like to stay a little longer. The bathroom, the well-equipped kitchen and the living room with the Bluetooth system and the fireplace, the games cellar and the beautiful terrace with grill and existing charcoal, were all highlights for us. Likewise, the delicious cake that was ready for us on the table upon our arrival :) All in all, we would say eleven out of ten stars, we will be happy to come back and would recommend this place to everyone! A modern and spacious apartament with everything you need in a quiet location, with lots of things to do around. ⛷️🚵‍♀️ The communication with Andreas was good 👍 . The only minuses I would like to point out are that the place is near the main street and even though the windows isolate perfectly the terrace is not very private. Also there are too many rules around the house which don’t make the house so cozy as we thought. But overall it was a nice experience and we enjoyed it ☺️

Daniela is a very friendly host, very committed to making sure everything is suitable for guests. She is local and has tips for beautiful excursions. Smooth communication. Daniela was super sweet and even had toys ready for our children - a great thing when arriving!
