The stay at Eleni place was perfect for our group of 10 friends. There is space enough for everything and everyone to share. I really like recommend this place. Eleni was super nice and welcoming. Leonidio is beautiful and from the house you can easily walk to the center where all the restaurants are.

Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν υπέροχη!ο κύριος Χρήστος είναι ένας πολύ καλός οικοδεσπότης!θα πρότεινα αυτό το σπίτι σε όλους όσους επισκεφθούν την μαγευτική Μονεμβασιά!

Χρειαστήκαμε με τον σύντροφο μου ένα μέρος για μια δουλειά αυθημερόν (Αθήνα-Καλαμάτα) και η κυρία Ζένια μας εξυπηρέτησε πλήρως. Το σπίτι ήταν ήσυχο, καθαρό και με φανταστική θέα. Even for a small stay, great hospitality, would highly recommend

Οικογένεια με δύο παιδιά (ηλικίες 8 και 4 ετών) μείναμε 7 νυχτες και δεν έχω λόγια για να περιγράψω το ποσό όμορφη ήταν η διαμονή μας...Αρχικα το σπίτι που μέναμε ήταν πεντακάθαρο (μείναμε στο Panorama), οι χώροι πάρα πολύ ανετοι,τα κρεβάτια πολύ αναπαυτικά,τα μπαλκόνια υπέροχα και είχες για κάθε ώρα της ημέρας σκιά να κάτσεις..όσο για την θέα κάθε παράθυρο και κάθε μπαλκόνι ένας πίνακας ζωγραφικής. Απ' την μια θάλασσα , από την άλλη το βουνό και οι ελαιώνες και ο πανέμορφος κήπος του χώρου που μέναμε.. Μιλώντας για τον κήπο είναι ένας επίγειος παράδεισος από άποψη ομορφιάς αλλά και για τα παιδιά .. με τραμπολίνο, αιώρα, γρασίδι σε άψογη κατάσταση και πολλά παιχνίδια να παίξουν... Μας παρείχαν επίσης και στον ιδιωτικό μας χώρο φουσκωτή πισινουλα την οποία απόλαυσαν εξίσου τα παιδιά .Η κυρία Ειρήνη και ο κύριος Βαγγέλης είναι πάρα πολύ ζεστοί άνθρωποι και οι δυο..Όσον αφορά την τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική μιας και είναι πολύ κοντά σε όλες τις παραλίες (Στούπα,Δελφίνια, Φονέας , )

Le studio fonctionnel est bien pour 2 personnes. La vue du balcon qui donne sur la mer est magnifique. De nombreux restaurants sont juste en face, seuls quelques uns étaient ouverts à cette saison. Katherina qui nous a accueillis est très sympathique et très réactive, de même que Spyros le propriétaire. À recommander sans hésitation !

Tolle Unterkunft mit Schlafzimmern zum Meer hin, so dass man mit Wellengeräuschen einschläft, die Küche ist top ausgestattet, der Blick vom Balkon ist herrlich und die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Dimitris war problemlos und sehr freundlich! Jederzeit wieder gerne Gast!!

Staying here was absolutely fantastic. The pool, the view, the private beach are beautiful. The host is extremely friendly and helpful. We loved everything about our stay and would come back anytime. A big thank you!

Η Χρυσούλη απαντούσε άμεσα. Όταν της ζητήσαμε ένα επιπλέον πάπλωμα, το παρείχε άμεσα. Μας επέτρεψε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες μας σε ένα δικό της χώρο πέρα από την ώρα του check out έτσι ώστε να κάνουμε μια τελευταία βόλτα.

Dimitri is a really great host, helpful and communicative all the time. We really felt at home here. Great location in the heart of Kyparissi, just around the corner of the supermarket, and a good value for the price. Beach and crags in walking distance. Can only recommend!

Είναι ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχουμε μείνει.Πολύ καλύτερο από αυτό που περιμέναμε.Πεντακάθαρο με πολλές παροχές.Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Petit appartement agréable à vivre, très propre, bien équipé et à proximité du ferry pour l’île d’Elafonissos et sa plage de Simos, incroyable! La petite ville de Neapoli a 15mn de voiture vaut le détour également pour dîner ou boire un verre en admirant le coucher de soleil…

Mon mari et moi avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement d'Eleni. Nous le recommandons chaudement. Eleni est une hôte attentionnée et très sympathique. Elle est venue nous accueillir au port. Nous avait laissés à notre arrivée du gâteau, du miel et du café pour notre premier matin; et nous a apporté quelques fois de délicieux mets préparés par sa mère. L'appartement correspond exactement à la description. Tout est propre et confortable pour deux personnes. L'emplacement est calme, à une distance raisonnable de tout : port, plages et randonnées. Nous avons aimé manger sur la terrasse en admirant la baie et les couchers de soleil. Enfin, les recommandations d'Eleni sur les restos et les divers musées et attractions nous ont été fort utiles. Nous avons adoré Hydra et notre séjour dans cet appartement a compté pour une grande partie du plaisir.

Απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο χώρο . Αρχικά ο οικοδεσπότης παρόλο που είχαμε κλείσει κάποιες συγκεκριμένες ημερομηνίες μας διευκόλυνε όταν προέκυψε ένα έκτακτο πρόβλημα και θέλαμε να αλλάξουμε την ημερομηνία του ταξιδιού μας αλλάζοντας τις ημέρες . Το κατάλυμα πεντακάθαρο .Ευγενικότατοι οι οικοδεσπότες . Το περιβάλλον του σπιτιού πολύ όμορφο .Το προτεινουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να κάνει διακοπές στην περιοχή!!!!

Basic accommodation in a beautiful location. Air conditioning works great, WiFi good. Difficult climb if you’re not used to Greek islands and the little streets and steps, got lost a couple times looking for it but the host dropped a pin with the coordinates so I was always able to get there.

Logement agréable avec une grande terrasse surplombant la mer. Magnifique. Nous avons été accueillis par le papa de Katerina qui est chalereux et attentionné. Seul petit reproche : pas de climatisation dans une des chambres. Malgré ce petit inconvénient, je recommande ce logement et j'y retournerai sans hésitation.

We had the best time at this cosy apartment literally a minutes walk to a coffee shop, a supermarket and a decent selection of local tavernas. Our hosts were super responsive and friendly, offering local recommendations and making us feel right at home. Hard recommend! They recommended we rented a car and I’m really glad we did. The beaches with loungers and amenities are a few minutes easy drive, but probably too long a walk in the high temperatures. Tonnes of easy parking and a lovely picturesque drive from the airport! Thanks for a brilliant holiday!

I had a wonderful time in Kyparissi. Spent one week here in April looking after my grandson. Aggeliki and Nicos were very helpful and caring about our comfort. Rooms are spacious and architecturally beautiful. Garden is georgeus and full of various seating and relaxing possibilities. Hope to be back soon.

Very tidy and lovely apartment equipped with everything you need. The location is amazing; just a few steps from the beach and the local stores. Xenia and her father, Mr. Makis, are great hosts and there when you need them! Xenia's family made us feel really welcome. Fresh organic vegetables and fruits from their won garden were delivered to our door almost every day! We had a great stay and certainly will get back next summer and the summer after!

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

Je suis partie avec mon fiancé pour fêter nos 10 ans. Nous avons passé une semaine fantastique dans cet appartement. Le lieu, la vue, l’appartement, tout était parfait. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et avons pu partager quelques moments avec nos hôtes, ce fut un plaisir de faire leur connaissance. Ils mettent très vite à l’aise et on se sent bien chez eux. L’accès à la plage quasi privée en 2 minutes est un gros plus, nous avons été ravis d’avoir cette surprise à notre arrivée. Elle est magnifique et nous y étions pratiquement seuls Nous sommes venus en basse saison (novembre) et n’avons rencontré aucun problème pour manger, faire des courses ou un peu de shopping sur place, tout est ouvert et le personnel des alentours très accueillant. Pour moi qui ai beaucoup de soucis de sommeil, le seul problème de ce séjour a été le matelas, très rebondissant. Mais quand on est dans un cadre comme ça, ça devient un détail. Si l’occasion d’y retourner se présente, ce sera sans hésitation

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et reposant. Vous avez une belle maison, bien situé avec une magnifique vue. Merci pour tout!

Great location with incredible views.

Villa Lagkadaki is a great place to relax and find some peace. Drivable distances to local traditional restaurants in Kotronas and Areopoli villages. Kitchenette available for cooking small meals. We stayed during wintertime and enjoyed the jacuzzi with the perfect view and the charming light of the burning fire of the stove. Summer is highly promising too as observed from the beachfront.
