Light-flooded, renovated guest house on a 700sqm plot close to the center and the beach. Two separate entrances. We live on the same property in the house opposite and are happy to share our garden. Everything within 20 minutes walking distance. Cycle path and pine forest only a few minutes away. Garden with toys for the little guests.
