Il est localisé à l’entrée du célèbre parc naturel du Morvan à 2min en voiture du centre ville d’Avallon. Le lieu est unique, bucolique et paisible (entouré de forêt). Le parc fait 1 hectare et est traversé par 3 rivières (dont 1 passant sous la maison). Possibilité de pêcher sur une barque (truite, brochet etc.) et de se baigner même en août.

Hi. The house is located 250 meters from Lake Chaumeçon, in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park in a small hamlet. You have access to the whole house and the land of about 1000 m2. The lake is next door, crossing a field, and you have the option to swim and go canoeing, which we provide. The house is very quiet and we will be happy to host you.
