A perfect place to decompress & relax, this well-equipped house is a perfect base for hiking, mountain biking, motorcycling, water sports, fishing or cross country skiing. Dogs are welcome at a supplement of five euros per night for one dog and 7.50 per night for two. Le Balcon Bleu is the perfect place to de-stress & unwind in the midst of pure nature.

Come and enjoy the calm of the Limousin countryside in a pleasant little studio house. The accommodation includes a kitchenette, shower room, room with a 140 bed and dining area. The small house is heated with a wood burning stove. Guests can relax on the terrace. The property has a large garden. The house is 12 km from the A20 highway and 30 minutes from Limoges. For two-wheeled travelers (bicycles, motorcycles) I have a barn to shelter them.
