Very beautiful mountain chalet, quiet and very easy to access, very comfortable, very well equipped, with many touches from the owner to make our stay pleasant. A desire to respect nature that suited us perfectly. Thank you.

Patrick's accommodation was impeccable, with very good quality amenities. Small plus very appreciated: the equipment for our 8-month-old daughter (travel crib with mattress, changing mat, high chair). The view is beautiful, with mountains and snow-capped peaks in the background. Patrick gave good advice for hikes, activities nearby and surrounding shops.

We had an amazing week at the chalet. The chalet was fully equipped. It was very clean and the surroundings are beautiful. The communication with Laurent was also pleasant. We definitely recommend the chalet!

I can only find superlatives to describe the authenticity of our Chalet and the warmth and care we received from Jacky and Dominique. Such a sweet place to stay and look out on the views of Lac Leman. We were consistently cared for by our Hosts in every way imaginable.... from advice & directions, Introductions to people and services and great conversation (with an abundance of patience with my attempts to speak French after many years.) All in All, I can recommend it as a 10 out of a possible 10! WE WILL BE BACK! Cindy and Jeff

We had a lovely stay! It is a very nice, clean and cozy cottage, the bathroom has been recently renovated! The kitchen has all the comforts. The only thing that is still good to mention is that the cottage is on the shady side of the mountain in the afternoon. You had wonderful sun in the morning, but not on the terrace in the afternoon. In the garden, there is sun until 6:30 p.m.! So you can relax there on the sun loungers. Communication with Pemmy was great! We could even stay another night last minute. Thanks and who knows, see you soon!

We (9 people, family) spent a wonderful week in the chalet. You immediately feel comfortable, the large dining table invites you to eat and play together. We also had a lot of fun in the sauna. Four bathrooms, five bedrooms and the open kitchen are perfect for a large family. The grill, the outdoor area (boule court) and the beautiful surroundings are a highlight! It's absolutely great that we were allowed to bring our two dogs! We say thank you🤩! Konstanze & family

Gorgeous house with beautiful views in quiet village, the children loved the pool and all the games available and our dog enjoyed the large enclosed garden. Had some great days out at lake Annecy. Olivier was really helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had.

Guillaume's place is great for a week for families or groups of friends. It has several bedrooms which allows everyone to have their own space. The common areas are quite small especially the living room but that didn't stop us from enjoying it. The jacuzzi is great it really allows you to relax. Guillaume offers a list of activities nearby which is great. The place is remote and secluded which allows you to have a disconnected holiday. But unfortunately I don't think you will still find snow in this place… Bring specific kitchen supplies with you as there are only the essentials (for example there were no cake mussels or rolls of pastries). Also for the TV you have to keep in mind that it is not a smart TV so bring an HDMI cable or your Apple TV to enjoy it. That said, Guillaume is an excellent host who was flexible and accommodating. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

We do not have a dream stay in Melissa's place, the house is very beautiful, spacious, full of charm. The outside space is amazing, we enjoyed the Nordic bath, the spa, the aperitif around the fire in the evening, surrounded by forest and in the greatest calm. Great hikes within walking distance from the accommodation and the owners are extremely nice and accommodating, everything was perfect. Thank you again for hosting us, we hope to be back someday!

Amazing modern house, with beautiful views, perfectly located in Malbuisson (close pool, walks, lake on foot, not far from ski resorts, polar park, cross country skiing, a few restaurants, supermarkets...), with lots of sleeping and bathrooms, 2 lounge areas, large balconies, an open garden with swings, plenty of parking spaces, a garage to store outdoor equipment... Perfect for large groups of friends/families. Duvets and blankets to choose from, and quite in number. Plenty of dishes, everything you need in the kitchen, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, lots of space in several fridges/freezers (no hair dryer found). Several sleds available. The owners are very friendly, and live right next door (reassuring in case of any worries). We recommend it without hesitation! Provide basic equipment (garbage bags, dishwashing products, hygiene products...)

very nice house! It has all the amenities you need and it is extremely close to the beach and to a nice park. Also nice garden with barbecue and a lot of play stuff. The kitchen is perfect. It was self check-in and there were no instructions, so at first some things, like sorting trash and using the TV, were difficult. I would definitely recommend this house. It was perfect for a group of 10 adults.

Nice, small hut for those who want to spend a relaxing time in nature. It offered more than we expected from the pictures, but the real luxury is in the special location directly on the river. No bicycles, otherwise everything as described. Our dog loved it.

A perfect stay, quiet, at the foot of the lake. The setting is beautiful and the place is great. Very nice. Albane is very responsive and available. I keep the place in mind to come back!

Very warm small cottage, very well equipped, good insulation and good quality functional heating, comfortable bedding and the barbecue for a 2/03 was just perfect. Very quiet place for the period and conducive to rest. Thanks to Yann for this excellent stay.

For people who love nature and tranquility, but do not want to do without comfort (e.g. WiFi, TV, a very comfortable bed, fireplace, etc.), this accommodation is simply perfect. For my dog, the fenced garden and the river only 100 m away were a little paradise. Alexandra is the best host I've had so far. Very warm and helpful, with great tips for the area. Very fast and easily accessible and always making sure that you have a nice vacation and feel comfortable. I was lucky enough to meet her and her mom in person.
