Lake house vacation rentals in Lac de Chalain

We had a great time. We were greeted in person by our host who made sure to describe the surroundings and activities to do as a family. The house is perfectly equipped. It is possible to prepare meals "like at home", the raclette machine was a great surprise . There are toys and books for the kids, family games to do. It feels great in this home. We will be back!

We had a pleasant stay at the squirrel's chalet. The place is quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery around. We were very well hosted and with good advice about the area!

Spacious accommodation, keeps the cool, in summer, top bedding, equipped for children, very pleasant garden with breathtaking views of the mountains and the lake, friendly neighbors. Pierre is a very welcoming host who was very good advice for activities (hiking, lakes, restaurants nearby). The only small downside was the noise caused by the campsites quite close some nights, but the whole stay was very nice and relaxing anyway, and we recommend it without hesitation!

We had a great weekend in this beautiful house in the middle of the medieval city of Yvoire! And facing this wonderful Lake Geneva! Fanny is nice as well as her mom who we had to deal with. I recommend it.

Very good stay in the heart of this beautiful well-equipped house. The large terrace, pool and pétanque court are all the more pleasant since even in hot summer the temperature of the Haut-Jura remains very correct and mosquitoes are absent.

We had an unforgettable family stay: everything was perfect, the house is large, well-equipped and tastefully furnished. The games, the boat or walking trips, the pool... we'll come back, it was too short! Thanks to Fred and Pauline for their hospitality and kindness: the best!

Charlene hosted us very well. The accommodation is very well-equipped, quiet and comfortable. She provided great information about activities in the surrounding area. And was particularly nice to drive us to do a very nice hike. Excellent!!!

A very pleasant family stay at Sylvie's because the cottage is well equipped and very friendly. The environment is pleasant, the provision of baby equipment is in addition as well as the well-enclosed garden for our dogs... Sylvie's small touches like the cheese of the region, et cetera were much appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

One of the best homes offered in Annemasse and the surrounding area and above all very clean, I would highly recommend it.

Very nice accommodation, very quiet, ideally located in the village of Rousses, close to the fort of Rousses (15 minute walk). The accommodation offers high-end services; everything is well furnished; kitchen area and top amenities. The rooms are well sized, ideal for up to 6 people. Unobstructed view of Les Rousses and the mountains. Very warm welcome from our host, very available. Everything is perfect.

Excellent cottage. The accommodation is perfectly as described and photos. The bathrooms are spotless, so is the kitchen. Everything necessary is present. We enjoyed this weekend of bad weather, the space, the raclette machine provided, the fact of having necessities and games even for adults! Pascal is a very nice and helpful host. The place itself is ideally suited for a large group with children. For the children there were plenty of activities such as a playground and a pool. The amenities of the accommodation left nothing to be desired. We will definitely be back!

A very pleasant stay in a little slice of heaven in the middle of the Bressan countryside. Claude is an outstanding hostess, pleasant, welcoming, accommodating. The place is very peaceful, between the fields and the ponds, enough to fully recharge your batteries. The house is very well maintained and very well-equipped. We'll be happy to go back and will be sure to advertise it to those around us.

We had a fantastic weekend. Eric's house is very nice and is in a very quiet area. Eric is super friendly, he took excellent care of us. We will definitely be back.

Elisa and Max were great hosts! They are very friendly and responsive. The "Pinacea" studio is great! It is very well equipped (kit for candle raclette for example, and in the land of morbier it is very useful). The studio is also very functional and very well decorated! It is conveniently located for visiting the Jura (waterfalls, lakes...). We had a great time there, to be repeated!
