Welcome! This lovely cottage by the sea is 46 square meters and consists of two levels: kitchen/eating area + bathroom on the ground floor and studio sleeping/play area on the floor above. Located 150 meters from the harbor in beautiful Heikendorf. You have access to an in-ground trampoline, a canoe, and indoor and outdoor toys. We have two rabbits who love attention. We cannot use it all year round and would like to give others the opportunity to enjoy this great view of large cruise ships within easy reach on the balcony and the proximity to the beach.
