Located directly on the dike, it is only a few meters to the beach and also a bike rental, snacks and cafes are within walking distance in a few minutes. The nearest supermarket is in the neighboring village - everything you need to live can be found in the health resort of Laboe. In Stein, you can relax and enjoy.

I offer you a small self-contained apartment on the 3rd floor of my house. On 56 m² there is 1 bedroom, kitchen, living room with dining area, a small bathroom and a sunny loggia. You have free access through the staircase, so you can come and go whenever you want. Shopping and restaurant options are within walking distance. Falkensteiner beach with high ropes course and mini golf is close, public transport stop 2 min. walk, ferry dock 5 min. walk. I look forward to your visit

In der anderen Richtung erreicht Ihr in wenigen Minuten Marina-Wendtorf, ein beliebtes Segel- und Freizeitgebiet mit Naturstrand und Yachthafen.

It is only a 10-minute walk to the water (Kiel Fjord/Kiellinie), a supermarket (Rewe) is around the corner, parking and a bus stop are right in front of the house. It is ideally suited to explore Kiel and the surrounding area. The many beautiful beaches are not far away and the Olympiazentrum in Schilksee can also be reached in less than 10 minutes by car.
