Monthly Rentals in Labin

We deliberately chose this wonderful new stylish apartment. And our expectations were 100% met. Srdan and Eva have created a special gem here, simply to feel good !. Since we also brought some work with us, it was particularly nice to do it with a view of the sea. There were also rainy days, which did not bother us at all, as the view made up for everything. Otherwise, we can fully agree with the ratings given in advance! Thank you Srdan and Eva! Your apartment is really outstanding !! Highly recommended !!

It's nicer than the photos. The house really lacks nothing super clean bathrooms, everything necessary in the kitchen is very convenient with private parking. The washing machine also helped us a lot. Everything was just great

This is an incredible awesome place located on a bluff with an incredible view towards the historic old city. It is spectacular to sit on the large balcony and soak in the gorgeous area which also includes Rabic. The location is fabulous! You can walk 10 minutes from the location to the historic old city and a great 2 mile walk to get to the amazing ocean in Rabic. The host and his family are very hospitable people. They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The apartment is just fantastic. As I told my friends, I think I’m close to heaven in this place.

Very nice place to stay, very good amenities, quietly located. Very friendly and pleasant contact. In case of rain, you can spend the time with table tennis, darts and games :) We felt very comfortable - thank you Korado and Daniela!
