If you like peace and quiet and nature, then you've come to the right place; in fact, the road ends at the cottage. Beyond that, the paths wind through the pine forest and the hills among the Capitelles. You can discover them on foot, by mountain bike with or without a picnic. The cottage is located in a wine estate that you can visit. Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

The Castrum

The 3-star gîte (CDT 31) is housed in an old 13th century house that overlooks the vast village square and is part of the old medieval castrum (fortified square) whose thickness of certain walls and the embrasures recall the ancient origins of the place. The village is part of the Cocagne region within the "blue gold triangle" connecting Albi, Toulouse and Carcassonne, a region steeped in history related to the culture and flourishing trade of pastel in the 14th century.

It is an invitation to the sweetness of life. Close to the medieval city of Carcassonne, at the foot of the Montagne Noire and 40 minutes from the first beaches of the Mediterranean, it is perfect as a base for visits to the region. It can also be used as a stopover during a business trip due to its functionality.

La Métairie

In the heart of the Lauragais, in the middle of the sunflower fields and away from the village, in a preserved and serene setting, come and explore a haven of serenity. This recently renovated Lauragais residence, steeped in history, perfectly combines the charm of yesteryear and modern amenities. You will stay in the 80 m² cottage which is adjoining our house, surrounded by cats, horses and chickens. Privacy is preserved with our separate outdoor areas.

Be amazed by the Montagne Noire, rich in little-known Cathar history. Treat yourself to a break.

Quietly located, this two-bedroom apartment is very easy to access and will seduce you for your hikes and walks around Lake St Férreol, accessible in 5 minutes on foot. No smoking, but an outdoor area is available. Pets not allowed, thank you for your understanding. Our accommodation is equipped with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine, as well as a kettle and a toaster. The beds are made upon arrival and bath towels are at your disposal.
