We felt very comfortable in Asun's apartment. Very authentic. And the location is great above the city. Pleasantly quiet, but still nice restaurants nearby and a 25-minute walk to the Alhambra. Thanks for the tip with the tickets:) If you come by car, the approach through the narrow streets is a bit adventurous, but doable. However, you cannot park the car at the apartment. That was the only downside. Otherwise everything was fine and communication was always excellent.

It's a pretty big house, very nice and very well maintained. We fully occupied it. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. All bedrooms have their own bathroom. Access to the house from the entrance gate is not suitable for people with reduced mobility, it is steep, with steps or with a ramp for vehicles, which, in the end, also ends in a few steps. The decor is nice and the fireplace is ideal for cold nights. Although my husband and I got the tower room because we were the last in the family to arrive at the house, we didn't get cold there, but it has quite steep stairs to access it. The place is quiet, but surrounded by other similar houses. We would have liked to have been more isolated. However, we already knew it would be like this. Both the owner, Alberto, and the lady in charge of the house, Fuensanta, are very friendly and ready to attend to our needs. In conclusion, we will surely repeat on other Christmases.

The house has been renovated respecting tradition and has a lot of character. It is tastefully decorated and furnished. The terrace with mountain views is exceptional. The location allows you to visit several villages on foot (Ferreirola, Fondales…). We were lucky enough to arrive at the time of the mid-August festivities with processions and concerts. Tom and Carmen are very friendly and hosted us well.

We really enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for us with two dogs with two outside safe areas. Parking outside was a great bonus. It was easy to drive to the center of town and when we came back there was always a parking space.

Excellent experience, the house is a dream, very nice and quiet. It's very cool inside, perfect for summer. The hosts are very friendly and nice, five stars to Clara for her availability and help during the stay. The location is ideal, you are at a good distance from the coast and Granada, so there are many activity options. I definitely recommend it

My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had the most peaceful, rejuvenating time after several weeks in big, touristy cities. We spent a single day in Granada visiting the Alhambra (of course) but after that were more than content to explore Monachil, hike trails recommended by the utterly charming and hospitable Maria Estrella, and find yummy bites nearby. (Highly recommend Restaurante Italo in the neighboring town and the queer-friendly El Callejon cafe in Monachil.) Maria Estrella’s place is, I would say, beyond what the pictures show. Not only is it beautiful and in an paradise-like setting (perhaps not always so green as now—they’ve had a lot of extra rain—but I can’t imagine it less than gorgeous), but the casita which Estrella built herself exudes love and care, for its guests and its surroundings. Not a good choice for someone seeking a sterile resort, but if you are a nature-lover seeking a cozy immersion in a beautiful place, it is a one of kind stay. No complaints!

A great stay! Everything fire clean and tidy. nice swimming pool. I was passing through to Sierra Nevada, perfect in between stop to get on the slopes early the next morning!

The property was well located and wonderfully decorated. It was very clean and smelt very nice. It had everything you needed for a longer stay. Pablo and Alejandro were great hosts. When unforeseen issues arose they were highly responsive and sought to resolve issues as quickly as possible. We had a great stay and strongly recommend this listing.

A quiet house, well located near Granada, and near Sierra Nevada. Well-equipped, we were very comfortable.

Valérie is a good hostess,always smiling and available for any questions that arise.The house is fairytale,clean,cared for and gives off energy according to her.The environment is wonderful,the views,how careful everything is,the sound of the water that runs through the whole place full of chestnuts,walnuts and olive trees.We will definitely repeat again .

We were very happy at Pablo's house, who is a super host, very accessible and attentive to everything. The house is located in a prime location to see Granada and corresponds exactly to the description. We'll try to come back.

This is the optimal homebase in the heart of Granada with a terrace that will have you fall in love with the city as you take in the orange blossoms with each breath you take overlooking Alhambra. Do yourself a huge favor and book it already! :)

We really liked the accommodation and especially the very large property. Everything on the property is designed with a lot of love for detail and you will find little surprises everywhere. It almost feels like a small festival, as there's something to explore everywhere. Lina is very nice and the oranges, which were ready when we arrived and can be found everywhere on the property, taste great. We only found the bed not so comfortable (it is very soft) , but we could overlook it because we liked the rest so much has.

Highly recommended! The house is great, it is very well equipped and Reijer is attentive to anything you need. The area is very quiet and ideal for disconnecting! It is very well located as you arrive in Granada in 20 minutes by car and on the coast in 30 minutes. Highly recommended!!

My partner and I are from Granada, but sometimes we like to escape to the Sierra when we have the opportunity to spend a night and ski early. As for the house, we can say that this is the best we have been in the entire resort. Being able to have a free parking space in Pradollano at the foot of the slopes, shops and restaurants, has saved us parking complications or running out of space since it is sometimes full. The house is beautiful, very cozy and it doesn't lack a single detail. We'll definitely be back if we get the chance. A 10!

Only positive things to say about this one. Angel, our host, had treats for us in the fridge and on the kitchen table, carried our luggage up the stairs, waited patiently for our arrival even though he lives outside of Albaicin and we got there later than anticipated, never felt rushed when he was showing us around and he gave recommendations in the area. Not to mention the cave is stunning and just like the pictures and very well stocked. Walking distance from el mirador San Nicholas which has a stunning view of the Alhambra, around the corner from plaza Larga where we ate pizza at Bar Aixa. The town is so quaint and walkable, yes, but hilly and narrow streets. The free parking garage was easy to access. Went on a day trip cruising La Alpujarra and next day went to La Alhambra. Out of all the places we stayed in Spain this was our favorite. Incredible!

What can I say! We fell in love with Orgiva, the house and Oliver and Maria. We loved it so much we have booked it for the next two years! The house is perfect - comfy with everything you need. Everything was spotless and clean. Oliver and Maria could not be more helpful they are such lovely people. Orgiva is so beautiful we loved waking up each morning to see the mountains. We are coming back love it, love it, love it!
