Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Villa

Christina's apartment and hospitality were outstanding. Nothing was missing, the apartment was sparkling clean, large and furnished with an eye for detail. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer in retrospect. Christina herself has good tips regarding the surroundings, was always just a message away and made us feel at home. All in all, a very nice stay.

We loved our stay. The flat is extremely clean and comfortable. Check-in was easy and the surroundings are stunning.

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

Very nice and functional house, not in the town center but in a strategic location to visit, in more or less an hour, different places. impeccable cleanliness and very nice host. Recommended solution!

Great Airbnb just above a beautiful cafe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and super clean. We had a large balcony with seating and umbrella. The view from the balcony is to the countryside and the garden from the cafe. The location is very quiet and you are right in the city on foot. Opposite is a paid parking area. We would immediately choose the accommodation again. Thanks so much dear Katharina for the nice days.

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

Carmen was super kind, she welcomed us as if we were family, she even gave us the eggs of her chickens and made us find everything we needed for breakfast. The house is very large with a very well-heated stube and has all the appliances. Absolutely positive experience, thank you Carmen!

This was such a great place for respite and slowing down. Felt very comfortable and at home. Beautiful location on top of a hill with great views and amenities. Loved the routine of going to the sauna and whirlpool after a day of hiking. Would definitely come back again!

The apartment was perfect, the location was very good and the amenities were more than adequate. The outdoor white pool and sauna were also very soothing and the view of the mountains from the pool was stunning. Communication also went smoothly. We will be happy to come back!

Stayed at this apartment as a group of three. The apartment was exactly as shown in the listings. Absolutely spotless with a phenomenal view of the lake. Parking on the premises was easy, and Giovanna showed us how everything worked and helped us find restaurants that were open in the shoulder season. She even ensured that we had access to the spa facilities when we wanted to relax one afternoon. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone.

Located on the edge of the countryside, close to the forest, with the possibility of many walking trails with a dog. Independently, the entrance and deck gave you the freedom to enter at any time. This was the most beautiful, perfect apartment for the 6 of us, including 2 children. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the apartment was stocked with everything we could have needed during our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive. This experience was a dream come true in the middle of nature. I will never forget the panoramic views and the incredible scenery surroundings. The house was very quiet and clean with a kitchen that is equipped with everything to need to cook or live for longer periods. Nice breakfast and respectful owners. We will come back soon.
