I had a great time staying in Carla’s apartment! I stayed for two months and had minimal issues. Pros: - lots of natural sunlight - comfortable bed and chair - reliable internet - in building laundry - rooftop asado and pool - quiet street and neighbors - quick communication Opportunities for improvement: - kitchen equipment is not the best (but seems to be in line with other kitchens in Palermo)

The building has great amenities - swimming pool, gym, laundry- and loclocated in the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires, close to bars, restaurants, museums, and beautiful parks. Ale and his team were kind and great communicators! The apartment is well decorated, thoughtful touches, and spacious for 2 people. Most of the things we had issue with were outside of Ale’s control and he did an amazing addressing it. Something to note is the hallways on the floor have a very strong cigarette smell and the neighbors dogs barking all day. Ale made every effort to make sure the smells didn’t get into the apartment which is nice, but if you’re sensitive to smells it would be an issue going in and out of the apartment. In general Ale is a VERY kind host and the unit is a VERY good choice, after all it comes with breakfast !

Good value for money if staying more than a week. Comfortable and well maintained. Getting the keys was a bit of a hassle because I arrived late at night but nothing too bad. Neighborhood is very quiet and there's not a lot going on but you're close to Palermo and if you walk a few blocks to the other side of Corrientes there's plenty. I would stay here again.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en San Isidro pero además, la casa es toda una experiencia en sí misma. La misma está en muy buenas condiciones, considerando los años que tiene, y el diseño te transporta directamente a los años 60/70. Es una casa cómoda y amplia en donde cada detalle suma suma. Nos hospedamos entre 6 personas (matrimonio + 4 hijos) y estuvimos muy cómodos. Los anfitriones estuvieron muy atentos en cada momento.

Llegamos, nos recibió Nicolás, muy amable y atento. Pasamos unos días hermosos en el apto de Ignacio. Tiene todas las comodidades para disfrutar en familia. Amamos la King, un placer dormir en ella. El edificio es re tranquilo, los vecinos súper amables. Silencioso. Si queres descansar es el lugar perfecto. La zona es súper segura, dejamos el auto estacionado en la puerta, o en los alrededores y todo perfecto. con todos los servicios a disposición; en la cuadra se encuentra una pizerria, un 24 horas, un súper, etc y para nosotros lo que más nos encantó (ya tenemos un peque) es que hay una Placita a una cuadra, y a nada el jardín botánico y el eco parque. Divino pata caminar. El barrio nos encantó y el apto aún más, nos fascinó. Pronto volveremos. Muchísimas gracias, por recibirnos y por regalarnos una hermosa Semana Santa en familia 🫶🏻

This is now my go to place to stay in Buenos Aires. Perfectly clean, close to everything, and well stocked. I felt like I was at a hotel because there was breakfast available every morning in the lobby. Their security team is awesome too. Angel was super responsive and there was nothing missing that I might have needed at any point. It was AWESOME.

Cuenta con una excelente ubicación. Se trata de una casa pequeña y antigua que no tiene una buena distribución arquitectónica, La recámara en azotea no cuenta con baño. En la descripción no menciona que los baños son externos a las recámaras. Los espacios de la casa son chicos y faltan algunos armarios para guardar ropa. Las puertas requieren de mantenimiento.

Pablo fue un excelente anfitrion. Siempre estuvo predispuesto y respondio rapidamente. Nos sentimos muy comodas en todo momento. Fuimos con nuestro perrito. Lo pasamos 10 puntos. El lugar es cerca de un pueblo gastronomico llamado Uribelarrea donde tambien la pasamos genial. Muy recomendado hospedarse en lo de Pablo :)

We really enjoyed our stay at carolina & Matias’s place. Everything we needed. and the big terrace was a bonus. Centrally located in Palermo Soho, which must have the highest concentration of restaurants of any neighborhood in the world, and convenient via bus or taxi or walking (the best! because Buenos Aires is very flat) to other areas of interest in the city.

The neighborhood is very nice and safe. Lots of places to eat and beautiful parks to go for a walk or exercise. The view from the apartment is incredible! You can enjoy the sunrise from the from the balcony. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. Instructions on how to get in, wifi, garage, etc were simple and clear. Sofia is an amazing host, she was always available when we needed her! I would recommend this place a thousand times and more! We are definitely coming back! Thanks Sofia!!! 🥰💕

This place was really great! My family and I had an amazing time with comfortable beds, good shower, spacious and well equipped apartment. It was also on a very convenient location. I am planning on staying there again on future trips to Buenos Aires.

El departamento hermoso, es un duplex dentro de un edificio. Algo no habitual en la zona. Muy confortable, todo nuevo (eso es de valorar) Cochera muy cómoda, el patio exterior invita a quedarse cuando no se quiere salir. Y Nico siempre atento !! Volveremos!!
