Smoking friendly vacation rentals in La Spezia

We highly recommend it! 3 of us as friends, we stayed 4 nights in this accommodation and we could have stayed there for a long time! Ideal for a trip with friends, family or couples. The accommodation, although a little rustic and in its original state, is functional and very well-equipped. It consists of 2 bedrooms (1 with a double bed and the other with 3 single beds). Located in a small village, we were able to park easily and for free near the accommodation. There are also small shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Special mention to the proximity of Levanto by car, which allows access by train to the Cinque Terre. Félice is a very welcoming and responsive host. He gave us some great tips for visiting the area, its beaches and hikes. If we were to come back to the area, we wouldn't hesitate for a second to book this place again.

It was a dream vacation😍👌. Hosts - Valentina and Sergio are nice and helpful in any situation, the apartment is clean and fragrant. What we visited in the area could be called a piece of paradise on earth and after intense sightseeing, real relaxation in this wonderful place. If you are not a fan of big cities, I honestly recommend it, I could live there even tomorrow🥰.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

excellent experience, the apartment was very clean. Parking was also easy to find in the area despite it being the night before a masked class. Giovanna was very friendly and kind and asked several times if we needed anything.

The apartment is very spacious and was comfortable for our stay in Lerici. It was nice having 2 bathrooms for our group of 4. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location is extremely convenient to everything Lerici has to offer. Simply walk out the gate and you are on the walkway that leads to downtown and the harbor - note it's a steep walkway for the return up the hill! It is also very secure and comes with a parking spot to use, which is a rarity, and was required for our recent stay. Giuliana was very welcoming and kind.

Gianni was a wonderful host. Very helpful and responsive. The location was perfect for our stay in Cinque Terre. Easy access to transport, walking trails and the beach. The view was amazing!

Very nice big apartment in a medieval village square with lots of character. Go and have a drink with the locals at the bar 2 doors away, they are very friendly.

Massimo and Brunella are wonderful hosts! The minute we met them it felt like we have known them for years. The house is beautiful, fully equiped, and has a fabulous outdoor space. We felt that Massimo really cared about us and did the utmost to make us feel at home. We spent two weeks at the property and it was amazing due to Massimo's splendid hospitality. Highly recommended!!

Dream place. If you are looking for peace and beauty there are no comparisons: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact, and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

Alessandro's accommodation is great for those who want to get away from the chaos of the city, it is in a quiet location and surrounded by greenery but still close to a lot of areas of interest such as Forte dei Marmi (20min), Marina di Carrara (10min) and so on... it is a very strategic place, especially if you have pets with you. Our little dachshund - Focaccia - was able to run freely in the huge garden in front of the accommodation - a place where my partner and I decided to have dinner every evening enjoying the beautiful sunset 🌇 The accommodation is beautiful, new and equipped with a really super-stocked kitchen (we could even make pizza!). We were also very pleased with the presence of an air conditioner. We will definitely be back, we highly recommend it 🫶🏼 N.B. Alessandro has always been super helpful in answering all my questions and giving me valuable advice on what to see/where to eat, etc. Thank you Alessandro for your infinite patience?

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

Fabrizia is an amazing host. You feel comfortable in the house, and have a beautiful view from the bedrooms! The garden is fantastic, especially to cook comfortably and enjoy the evenings. Thanks a lot!

Maria Victoria is a very nice hostess. She was always available and at the same time very discreet. The accommodation is beautiful, the journey is worth it. The decor is very tasteful and high-quality, you have everything you need. We will be happy to come back.

I'm having trouble squeezing all the great things we experienced during our week at Le Casette in a short review. It's the most amazing peaceful location, while you still have the chance to have an absolutely tasty dinner in the town in the valley. You have the chance to go on a picturesque hike, starting from the house, and then arrive back and chill on the terrace with your carbonara and prosecco while fireflies light up the forest. It's just... perfect. Marco is a super nice host, but really, everyone we met up there was just so kind, you are greeted with Italian hospitality at its best here. We got valuable recommendations for activities and Marco is the most responsive host I ever met. The house itself is a jewellery box, such nice details and we found it very comfy and spacious. Embrace the Panda and take a chance on this gem of an accommodation. :)

The apartment is very good and with everything you need. The hosts are super attentive and always available. They met us at the terminal to accompany us to the apartment. They waited for us with a delicious wine and good recommendations. The only thing to note is that there are several steps to get to the entrance to the building and then 2 more floors, but they helped us with the suitcases. Super recommended.

I chose Andrea's place because our plan was to visit Cinque Terre . It is right in front of the train station so it was very easy to get around , if you go by car the station parking (or at least when we visit) it was complete up to 3 times. We left the car in the blue area of the back streets that were 1€ an hour. The apartment has 1 bedroom and a living room with sofa bed , everything was phenomenal and very new . The only thing I didn't read is a 4º without elevator , but if you're just going to rest like we did, it wasn't a big inconvenience . Andrea was awaiting our arrival at all times, even warned us before chekin's time to be able to access

2 night stay very pleasant in Ricco di Golfo. The accommodation is cozy and very cute, and the hostess is very welcoming and kind. La Spezia is 10 minutes away and Pisa is not far. We recommend the place!

It is a perfect place to discover the Cinque Terre. With elevator ;-)) Claudio and his wife are super friendly and there are little welcome things. Don't hesitate to ask them questions. They know their area very well. Tips: it is better to take the train to Sestri Levanto 5 km away. (off-season, you can easily find free parking. But you have to be well-informed so as not to make mistakes! And from there, take a Regional (R) or Regional Veloce (RV) train Taking a 3-day ticket is a good option. You can easily swim in Monterosso where there is even a shower at the first free beach! These are all rare gems with beautiful alleys and postcard landscapes. You can easily do 2 in one day. You can also take a very nice walk from Manarola to Riomaggiore, but it's worth it! The other paths are not always passable! (Closed for some)

Amazing host and showed us everything during checkin ..

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. We recommend this place where the train station, the buses, the port are easily accessible and allow you to discover this beautiful region. Grazie mille!

The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, cozy and clean. The bedroom window has a beautiful view. Reaching it was easy thanks to the directions provided by Davide. The presence of parking is certainly a big plus considering the difficulty, in all the towns in the area, of finding not only free but also paid parking. Davide is an attentive, friendly and super helpful host and we had a great time, thank you.
