The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

Nice, clean and everything you need

We loved Sabine’s place and the town of Vernazza! It was the perfect homebase in Cinque Terre. The airbnb was very nice and peaceful and the little extra details like the beach towels, coffee and books made it feel extra home-y. Sabine picked us up in town to show us the place and give us pointers around town which we greatly appreciated. We would love to stay here again. Thanks Sabine!

The room is close to the station and within walking distance.Beautifully renovated and clean.and gave them a gift.However, you need to clean up and throw the trash downstairs before you leave, so you need to reserve more time

Nice apartment direct in the historical part of the city, not noisy at all as the windows are overlooking the entrance (very unusual layout). Ferry boats to cinque terre are almost around the corner. A bus to beaches of LERICI is also next door. Plenty of restaurants, bakery with fresh bread, quick reaction from host was much appreciated! It was a nice relaxing time out in la spezia!

Superlative Stay! Gianluca's attention to detail and mission-driven service as a host is on-point. A delightful pied-a-terre with fantastic views set hillside in Lerici, it's hard to imagine as you sit on the terrace watching the sunset while sipping on a local vintage why you haven't booked this place for even longer than the three weeks you already have. I'll start by saying that Fatjon and Anjeza are two really kind and courteous hosts courteous, very responsive in answering with quick times. The apartment is on the third floor without an elevator and is truly equipped with every comfort. The towels were super soft and very fragrant, and the cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, everything extremely clean and tidy. We stayed in the apartment, 4 adults and 1 18-month-old girl, and we felt at home. Really, congratulations, if I ever come back to the area, we know where to stay.

Alessia was a great host! Always helped us and give us the best cooking class recommendation in town. Absolutely loved it!

Very good stay. I am also grateful for the early check-in. Very well-equipped apartment. Excellent location, close to the train station and the leisure street. The only observation is that it is on the 4th floor.

Giulia is an impeccable host. Very helpful and full of advice. Her home is extremely welcoming. It has an outdoor environment where you can eat and cook. The services fully meet the needs of two couples. Everything is very comfortable. There are two supermarkets nearby. With bus no. 3 or by train you can easily reach the central station from which you can reach the Cinque Terre.

The flat is very spacious. Everything you need is provided and more. It is very close to the train station, only 3mn walk, and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The hosts were the nicest. They were so accommodating all the way and they kept on offering their help throughout our stay. If you’re going to La Spezia, I can’t think of a better place.

Such a beautiful spot to stay. It’s perfectly located to walk to water or visit the local restaurants. The place is so adorable and has such a great view relaxing on the patio is the place to be. I would absolutely recommend this place 10/10

We loved staying at Adriana’s Air B&B! The building was very historical and it was fun to ride in the antique elevator. The apartment had everything you’d need and felt very comfortable. The location is very close to the train station, the building has an excellent convenience store/bakery at the bottom level and around the corner is a grocery store. We felt like we had a true Italian experience with local spots to eat very nearby. Adriana was a wonderful host and took the time to get us acquainted with the apartment when we arrived. She also was very prompt on responding to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this Air B&B.

We were unable to take advantage of the possibilities offered by the location of the apartment due to our lack of time, but only the accommodation and location are worth the vacation. this is a great place to stay if you are looking to explore the area, we took the train to Cinque Terre and it was so close and easy! the apartment is clean and has everything you might need to make a meal, do some laundry or relax after a big day of exploring! Dario was great to meet and gave us good advice on how to get around. The patio is also lovely.

What a BEAUTIFUL place to stay! We would definitely love to return.Andreas was so incredibly helpful,generous and welcoming. The cats were extremely friendly and as animal-lovers, we adored time with them. The scenery is absolutely incredible! Andreas gave us fresh eggs from his hens for breakfast - a lovely gesture. The bed was sooo comfy too. We only had a brief stay, but managed to squeeze in swimming in the pool and time drinking in the sheer peace. Andreas told us about a natural spring close by where we enjoyed collecting our water daily. Thankyou Andreas for making our stay such a special one. Very kind regards. Jane and family.

The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Everything went smoothly for this stay! Ilaria took great care with us to prepare for our arrival, with the crib we had asked for, full of tips and recommendations to enjoy our stay, a great welcome. The space was perfectly aligned with the description and what we were paying attention to. It is a great solution for people wishing to visit the area by car. Very nice place to stay! Kind hosts!

We had some great days there. Breakfast and dinner at Casa Turchetti were great! The place is worth a trip to enjoy a few days of relaxation and tranquility. Always happy to come back!

We spent five nights at Assunta's. The house immerses you directly in the Italian atmosphere, it is very atypical and pleasant. We were 5 adults and 2 babies aged 1 and 2 and were very comfortable in this large house. Assunta and her son are available and very responsive. The train station is only 7 minutes by car (free parking) to get to the central station in La Spezia then 15 minutes by train to the Cinque Terre which is great and fast. Regarding the equipment of the house, it would just be missing a sofa and a microwave, otherwise it is very well-equipped. I thank Assunta and her son for this wonderful stay.
