The house was clean and unexpectedly mid-stay they also made a cleaning step with a change of towels. Very much appreciated! The house was also equipped with all the essential dishes. The only flaw is the soundproofing with the property next door as it is divided by only one door. Our neighbors were very noisy!Marysol was very kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay.

Jack and Monica were the best hosts we could wish for. They picked us up at the airport, gave us great tips on where to go and the apartment was just perfect. Our room was like a private hotel room with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, perfect for two girls ;) We could use the kitchen which was very nice and the apartment complex itself is so nice with a pool and located directly at the sea with some nice restaurants just next to it. We would definitely come back :)

The stay was impeccable, there were no problems of any kind. I highly recommend it especially for the area that is optimal (downtown). When we come back we'll know where to stay right away. Thanks again

We arrived late at night and the check in was seamless and easy. It was very clean, including the outside areas. The patio outdoors is beautiful and there is a large area around the villa. There was all the amenities needed. It’s in such a beautiful area. The only thing I can mention is that the hot water was not always working. The owner did come out to check it but it was working at that moment. Many thanks

The whole reservation and communication was very easy. They also allowed us flexible check-out that was great to be able to take advantage of the last day without stress. Quiet area, right next to Cala Saona. Highly recommended

We had an amazing time staying at Mattia's villa. The property is spacious, modern, and secure, offering all the comforts you could want. The outdoor area is beautifully maintained, and the pool enjoys plenty of sun throughout the day. The villa’s location is ideal—just a short distance from Ibiza Town, the airport, and some of the most beautiful beaches on the southeast and southwest sides of the island. Mattia is an outstanding host—friendly, attentive, and always quick to respond. Upon our arrival, he kindly asked if we needed anything, and when we requested groceries, he took care of everything. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Since we arrived at the port of Formentera, we were in contact with the owner. He was always available for our requests or questions, at the last minute we needed to accommodate someone else and the owner offered us another room, perfectly prepared and clean for a small fee. Great

Bruno is an amazing host, Nothing is too much trouble for him. The villa is amazing exactly what you need after partying! It’s really clean and spacious, Bruno has thought of all the touches, coffee machine, blender etc. The location is brilliant a 5min walk from the taxi rank and supermarket. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this villa it was great for our friends birthday! We can’t wait for next year!

Stylishly stylish house. To go several couples it is ideal as the rooms are independent (each one has its own key).

We loved staying here, the flat is perfect and gave us the perfect base to explore the other side of Ibiza including the amazing beaches close by. Javier was very helpful and responded quickly. Great location, great stay thank you!

The location of Carlos’ apartment is hard to beat. You are walking distance to Ibiza town (10 mins) and Pacha is literally across the road. Yet somehow, the block is very calm and quiet at night. This is a great balance. The apartment is very comfortable with a great balcony overlooking the pool area. Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Thanks Carlos

Apartment was great. Host responded quickly and we were even able to get in earlier. Everything you need is available. A kettle would be nice because it was missing. An advice to Jordi is to take a good look at the bathroom. We have experienced our stay as very positive. You can always park the car in the area. Also good food at the pizzeria next to the building.
