Before check-in, Luciana had already explained to me how the whole process would be, the house was super comfortable and close to markets. Always attentive to my demands, she was a great host and an excellent stay.

Nice apartment, very clean, well-equipped and comfortable. Kitchen and small bathroom. A few meters from Plaza Malvinas, restaurants nearby, bakery, ice cream parlor, supermarket all within meters. Very quiet area and close to downtown.

Comfortable, well equipped and convenient location apartment. As a detail: the safety mechanisms at the entrance and elevator door can be somewhat annoying to operate, but nothing serious.

Danilo was very kind, his facilities are just like the photos, an excellent location and the environment on an avenue that is very peaceful, it was one block from the courts and there is a 24-hour police station less than half a block away, a supermarket nearby and some luxury empanadas, I definitely recommend it.

The apartment, belle. The amazing view either day or night. Perfect for a weekend,and the area is very convenient. We had a small problem when wanting to use the electric oven, but I don't affect the stay.

The place is super comfortable, we really enjoyed the pools since we went in summer it has everything you need in the kitchen and everything is very clear and it is very appreciated that it would let us out later than the check-out time was a beautiful experience. I will definitely return every time I go to Buenos Aires

I really liked the place, good amenities since it has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna that just when I was there was not available, but the rest of the services were excellent. Esteban responds quickly to everything and is very friendly. The area is very quiet, very safe, you can walk at night and it is nice to walk across the women's bridge at night, the view of the river and the very nice hotels outside stand out. And even though the GPS shows San Telmo, it is in front of the women's bridge, it is practically next to Puerto Madero and San Telmo. The hotel has good security at the entrance and exit. There are also police in the area constantly, which gives you security to go out at night or during the day.

Wow! I have been both a host and a guest with Airbnb for over 10 years now and this was by far one of my best experiences as guest, EVER. The location is perfect, in the city but removed in the new Puerto Madero area. It is essentially a city within the city. This spot has more of a local feel, even though can walk to the more touristy part of Puerto Madero with lots of great restaurants and a lively bar and cafe scene along the canal. It's a lovely place to wander and explore. The host Nahuel and his partner were absolutely the most gracious & wonderful people I've had the pleasure to interact with. I had a knee surgery upon arrival and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I could possibly need for my recovery and comfort. Some of the best hosts you will every have!! Thanks Nahuel!! The pool and inner courtyard are relaxing and peaceful. I used the pool for my recovery and one of them is a full size olympic pool, great for swimming laps. Highly reccomended!!

Everything is excellent! But consider putting oil and essential products to be able to take advantage of the kitchen!

An excellent option to start your tour of Buenos Aires. A modern building with first-class amenities in the middle of an area with multiple attractions. The apartment is very well equipped with two rooms, very comfortable and private, with privileged views of the Rio de la Plata and Buenos Aires.
